The car was in a clean condition, however it has a pretty high mileage and it was quite old. The car system does not support Apple Carplay, however they provided us with a USB charger and Phone stand so you can manually use the phone. Their service was quite good though since they can help arrange/loan us to us the Japan ETC system and pay the balance difference at the end. In terms of picking up and drop off location, it was ok though not as easy/visible as it should be.

Not much review of this car rental in the web. ( Galileo Car Rental ) I found them to be very easy and accommodating. Registration was done in the Van from Narita to car location. I was able to return the car at my hotel nearby Narita. Legit company, service was quick and hassle free.

The car is very good, a pleasure to drive it 😍. The overall state of the car is good, even if you note that the previous people who rented it did not respect it much, the poor. In general, very simple care, very kind rent and listening. All is explained to the signature of the rental contract and the cards etc are available. I'm very pleased to have been able to rent with this agency; I will rent in their homes and I strongly advise it.

You can add car company staff through WeChat. The staff will speak Chinese and have a courtesy. It is easy to pick up and return the car! There is no problem with the gas car. Tokyo will use it again later! Would recommend to friends.
