Condition of the car was amazing! The staff was very helpful and clear in the instructions. The only misunderstanding which could have been avoided is the “Fuel Purchase Option” that is charged by Hertz by default. Though the full tank policy is spelt out, Hertz will charge a certain amount as fuel purchase as deposit at the point when the rental commences. The charge was not made clear by Trip.com beforehand and that caused confusion on the ground. Other than that, very happy with the entire experience overall :)

This is the third time I've booked a rental car, and more or less everything has worked out well each time... Unfortunately, the staff only speaks English... The shuttle service works well so far... Twice they wanted to give me a different car than the one I booked, but in the end, I got the one I booked... In the office, I find that there's no system in place, which I don't like when all the car keys are lying around in a container and you have to search for them. It makes the customer feel like they're just getting a random car! But they're cheap, so I think it's okay... The staff are nice and helpful, but, as I said, they only speak English...
