Although the car isn't the latest model, it was kept very new and clean inside and out. The car was well-maintained and very comfortable to drive! I was pleasantly surprised by its handling. The fuel efficiency was also beyond my expectations. Regarding customer service, the Chinese and English-speaking staff made me feel welcome. They responded quickly to all my questions and made arrangements according to my expectations. I give this company and vehicle a perfect 10/10. The car is an old car with a lot of scratches, but it's clean. The shuttle service is convenient. The rental shop is right in front of the airport. All the equipment in the car needs to be rented additionally. The staff provides excellent service, responds quickly, is easy to talk to, and returns the car are very easy. The price is very good.

Pros:
This rental car company offers excellent service and very good rental rates, but communication is done through WeChat. They provide an airport pick-up service to take you to the car pickup location, which was very convenient. We rented the car at Narita and returned it at Haneda, and they also provided a return service there for an additional 5,000 yen. The staff explained everything clearly and in detail.
Cons:
We rented a Toyota Noah as booked, but it was an older model without CarPlay and couldn’t connect to our phones. However, the car was still in very good condition. Also, they don’t offer a flat-rate ETC plan — you must rent an ETC card and pay the actual toll fees when returning the car.

Great car to drive. They communicated by WhatsApp and give clear instructions on the pickup location. It was very easy. I had a minor issue with the front tires being almost at the tread bar for the driving I had to do. Everything else was good. I will use this company again.

A good experience with this company. The NFC card was inserted the wrong way around, so we kept getting a voice message in Japanese, but we were helped with that upon our return. They did try to add an extra insurance policy, but after clearly stating that everything was taken care of, it wasn't necessary.

We rented two cars and picked up and returned them on the same day. The staff provided excellent service. The journey to pick up the cars was convenient and the staff were kind and lovely. We purchased additional options and insurance, such as ETC cards, for around 20,000 yen, and we got back around 5,000 yen. We traveled from the car rental shop to various cities, which was quite far, but we still got our money back. The staff provided excellent advice and service. The car we rented had a defect in the front, so the shop took a photo to show that there was a defect here. We should have checked the car as well, but there was no problem. The staff were lovely and would recommend renting a car. ✨🩷
