All the auto parts are normal, the degree of cleanliness is also very good, the cleanliness of the interior needs to be improved, after taking the car can not accept bird poop in the body, themselves also went to wash the car once.

They kindly answered my questions and took meticulous care of everything. They also paid attention to the return process to ensure it was hassle-free, and I am truly satisfied because they guided me patiently even though my English is limited.

The car was super new, only 300km used when we took the car. The service staff was extremely helpful. It was an easy process picking up the car. We are very happy with the rental and was able to drive to Niagara Falls.

The rental system involved registering at the store and then going to the window in the underground parking lot to rent the car. The store closed at 6 PM, but I didn't need to return the key directly until the store opened the next day; I could simply return it to the return box, which was a relief (because of the traffic congestion around the parking lot in Toronto at night).

The car was in excellent condition. Initially, I felt the trunk of the car they gave me was a bit small, so I wanted to exchange it. The staff were very patient and quickly resolved the issue for me. The car wash staff were also very helpful; they finished cleaning the car and immediately gave it to me so I wouldn't have to wait. They even carefully showed me how to get a ticket from the turnstile. The price was very reasonable.

I think it is difficult for foreign travelers to return the car with a full tank of gasoline. The fuel system is different, and having to go around looking for gas stations made returning the car a bit difficult.

The rental car was great! It was a bit far to get to the parking lot, and I got lost a few times, but the staff were very kind, and I had a comfortable drive!
