The car we rented this time was a white Alphard 3rd generation, a very nice car. It was very easy to drive. Although it's a right-hand drive, I watched some videos beforehand to prepare myself mentally, and I quickly adapted. The only minor issues were confusing the turn signals and wipers. We picked up the car at the airport at 6 AM and immediately drove to Malacca, a distance of over 120 kilometers, which took two hours. It was perfect for our family of seven (six adults and one child), making long journeys comfortable.
On the day we returned the car, we encountered a huge traffic jam on our way back from Penang to Kuala Lumpur, a journey of over 350 kilometers that took ten hours. We parked the car in the hotel garage in downtown Kuala Lumpur and returned it. We had communicated with the rental company beforehand, and they said we didn't need to return it to the airport branch; they would send someone to pick it up from the hotel. Therefore, picking up and returning the car was very convenient throughout the rental process.
Having this Alphard as our mode of transportation during this trip to Malaysia was extremely convenient and save us a lot of time and energy. It truly allowed us to go wherever we wanted, which is indeed not easy to achieve abroad.
Also, thanks to Sesame Credit's deposit-free service, I didn't have to pay a deposit this time when renting the car, so not having a credit card was no problem. Thumbs up for that!

The owner, originally from Hainan, speaks Mandarin, is humorous, and always ready to answer any questions. The car return process was simple; he even told me to just drop the car off at the hotel parking lot. It was incredibly easy to pick up and return the car – a trustworthy choice! I rented a Malaysian national car with less than 20,000 kilometers on it, and it was very new! The owner also provided a TNG card, which I could top up at the nearest gas station as needed for my driving route. He also provided a phone holder for navigation, which was very convenient!

The owner speaks Chinese and is very nice. For hassle-free car rental, this is the place to go. The price is reasonable, pick-up and drop-off are convenient, and the car is clean and odor-free. A great self-driving experience! When driving in Kuala Lumpur, remember to refuel (50 RM is enough to fill up), use Touch 'Go on the highway, and pay attention to parking and road signs.
