I have been a loyal customer at this branch and have never been let down. The staff offered me an upgrade so I took it and drove an A3 that was still in perfect condition despite had been driven for over 27K - it is stable at 200km/hr on the autobahn. It was easy to swith the language to English and the GPS worked well too. The insurance arrangements made by Trip.com was also handy, I didn't need to add anything.

From picking up the vehicle to returning it, it was a very easy and pleasant experience. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained. I'd like to thank Hertz and Lukas for this positive experience. Note: There was a very unpleasant gasoline smell while driving the vehicle. We were a little apprehensive about driving. The vehicle definitely needs to be inspected. It could pose a safety risk.

I have delivered a rental vehicle for our three-person family trip from Düsseldorf. Pick-up operations took place quickly and smoothly. The staff member at Düsseldorf Immermannstrasse was very kind and she told us all the details, answered our questions with patience. We were very happy with the car given to us during our 6-day trip. There was a great safety and comfort and fuel consumption. At the end of our trip we were also easy to deliver our vehicle to Munich Airport. During the drop-off operations, Alamo officer Ben has helped us very much and has taken the vehicle in detail and delivered. We thank him and all the Alamo team.

i made the reservation 1 day ago before my holiday . İ pay to trip.com and then an email came from Sixt for confim of the var that i rent. When i went to airport office of the Sixt, the guy told me to pay extra because i have to upgrade of the class of the car. First i Said i don’t want to pay more, he offered me to cancel the booking. İ got angry but (my family with me) i had to say ok and pay 225€ more :( never rent again from Sixt
