The location of hotel is pretty close to LAX airport, only take 5 or 6 stations to there. It's also very convenient with Starbucks, 7-11, Ralphs supermarket and in-n-out burger,...so on. Basically, you don't need to worry about eating at all. Price is cheap. The most I appreciated is about the service. When I arrived and check-in like 10am, the reception didn't ask me to pay for additional ”early check-in”. It's was amazing. (I paid this in my previous experience in other hotel) By the way, each half hour, there is a free shuttle from hotel to airport. Awesome! Definitely, I suggest you to book this hotel once you are looking for a stay in LA.

We stayed here after our Alaskan cruise because we had a 7:30 flight the next morning. The room was great, the location was great and the restaurant was good but we weren't that hungry so we had a light dinner and went to bed early. Great little place.

The people at the hotel are very sweet and accommodating but they need to do better when cleaning hotel rooms…the sink smelled like sewer water. I thought it’s just one night but every time we turned it on it was a strong odor. I felt gross even washing my hands, let alone brushing my teeth. The drain should be cleaned at hotels. The vents were full of dirt. I had my baby and it just disappointed me more than anything..it felt dirty. It was too late to switch or do anything. Please do better for the health of others.

Location was ok as we landed at SFO around 10:30pm and just needed a place to stay before our flight on the next day. But beware you might not be able to get on the first hotel shuttle if you arriving in late-evening. There were quite some of airline crews staying at the hotel so the demand for shuttle could be a bit high during late-evening, i was lucky to get on but some had to wait 15 more mins for the next shuttle. Hotel & the room itself is a bit old, with loud squeaking sound every time i used the shower. Also seems the hotel does nickel & dime a little as they charge $4 for a small bottle of water if you are not their top tier members.

However, I found the prices a bit on the higher side. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I was able to maintain my workout routine during my stay. The hotel also has a small outdoor pool, although I didn't have the chance to use it during my stay. The only downside to my experience was the noise level in the hallways and adjacent rooms. Thin walls seemed to allow sound to carry, which made it a bit difficult to sleep when there were noisy neighbors. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times, which could be frustrating if you're trying to get work done. Overall, the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Hawthorne is a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience near the airport. Did not eat hotel breakfast, but feel that the hotel attaches great importance to guest evaluation, the hotel looks like a motel, but the room is OK, the key is the location is good, quiet in the middle of noisy, walk to the Avenue of Stars for 5 minutes, nearby to eat and buy souvenirs are convenient, Driving to Universal Studios for 10 minutes, it is especially suitable for people who want to play in Universal Studios. There is no charge for parking. The only thing I need to remind is that the room is a bit too fragrant, like the detergent with too much taste, the door needs to be ventilated, the window is aisle, there is no landscape

It's really good! The price-performance ratio is very high, the hotel facilities are good, and it's relatively quiet. The most important thing is the free breakfast and free parking, which are incomparable to the Sheraton in San Jose where I stayed before. In addition, the service of Sheraton in San Jose was terrible, so I would strongly recommend this hotel. I stayed there for more than ten days, and I will say goodbye to the Sheraton in San Jose from now on!

Top notch service! It is really an excellent hotel in the United States! From the concierge to the front desk to the housekeeping, restaurant and laundry service exceeded my perception and stereotypes of America! The view of the room is nothing to say, the gym, swimming pool, and toiletries are great! ! Close to LAX airport and very close to Marina beach. It will definitely be the first choice in California in the future! Thanks for giving me a comfortable holiday!

Great experience! Clean hotel and nice location in a great area that’s near some good food spots. We were in town for Horror Nights at Universal Studios and this hotel was a great distance away — away from the hustle and bustle but still near shops and restaurants. Def would stay here again!

We were highly let down by our reservation made through trip.com. The front desk made us wait over an hour due to a payment issue with one of the rooms booked through Trip.com. Upon discovering the problem, we promptly reached out to Trip.com for assistance. The customer service assured us of a callback, but unfortunately, we never received one. Moreover, neither the hotel front desk, preoccupied with other check-ins, nor Trip.com followed up on our case. We called Trip.com's customer service many times and finally got the room key.

Very satisfied. I didn't expect that a hotel with only three stars would be so clean beyond imagination. Even the refrigerator was very clean. Don't ask me how I know because my cat ran on the refrigerator and I thought it was dirty so I thought of wiping it with a wet wipe. Unexpectedly, it was not dirty at all. The room is very large and very suitable for families with many children. You can also cook. Even detergent and kitchen paper are provided.

Very nice spot! Had one loud night from the neighbors but besides that, a very clean, accessible place to stay near the airport. Would rebook!

My husband lives on a business trip, and the United States does not provide slippers and toothbrushes... Remember to bring your own! It should be the best hotel in the area... oh, and there is no house keeping... well... it's better in China👍

The woman at the front desk her attitude was especially terrible incredibly off putting. Rude for no reason and unhelpful wanted to teach us a lesson about checking in and out which was not needed and wasted our time. I hope her demeanor changes for other guests.

Not far from the airport, but there are three hotels with similar names nearby, be careful not to go wrong, the counter staff is OK, there is no problem for one night.

I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you we were treated nicely by the hotel staff and the rooms were very clean and close by to stores. We will not stay soon agin at the hotel if we are able to earn enough trip coins to help us.

The hotel is a business hotel located in the north of San Jose, in Silicon Valley. The sanitation is good, the facilities are good, the 4th floor where I stayed today is much better than the 3rd floor where I stayed last week, the shower faucet has a very strong water flow. The breakfast is good.

The hotel is good, the bed is big enough, the hotel does not have a restaurant, but there is a burger shop on the first floor that can be solved. The hotel is not far from Wal-Mart. There are a lot of things in the supermarket. Eating is not a problem.

The AC is not cooling well. It doesn’t feel like the temperature we set it to. Not bad for one night stay though.
