We received a warm welcome being a repeat guest from security, doorman and reception who made check in very easy. We were upgraded to a junior suite so thank you to Nur for doing this as we had many family visiting during our stay so the extra space was appreciated. The rooms were comfortable furnished adn very spacious with a large bathroom and walk through dressing area. We had a personalised note in each room with a little surprise making it a perfect way to start our stay. breakfast was good with a large selection buffet, egg station and freshly cooked waffles or pankcakes, however a limited selection of hot dishes especially for westerners. The hotel is in a good location and within a short distance from shopping malls, many restaurants and warungs , Thank you to Delfi whose bright personality made each day a little bit brighter and has exception customer experience skills. We are already plannig our next stay there soon and look forward to seeing everyone again

My husband and I was very happy during our stay at Aston Hotel Makassar, so comfortable, very clean, staff are really friendly, polite, honest and the hotel is safe! I’ll give 10 out of 10, mean very recommended 👌 Breakfast was delicious, we’re really enjoying it as specially Andre always made it something special; we had Jamu every morning, Moringa vegetable soup and much more! Hotel in the City Center, and very easy to find culinary delights in Makasar. Please make the breakfast menu more varied so that guests who stay more than once don't get bored. Connecting with Panakukang Mall, so that meetings with business colleagues can be held directly at the outlets in the Mall
