My third time staying at this hotel. Good location, close to the airport. Room is spacious. However, this stay is not so good, there’s no hot water for bath or shower. Called the operator twice and no one came to the room for checking. Before checking out, I finally went to the other room and told a cleaner to my room. I told her the problem. I also went to the front desk and reflected that!! I asked to speak with the manager and she told me that the manager was out of the hotel for the entire day. I told her that the room needs repair with hot water before allocating to the next customer. She also said sorry. Overall, poor service and the amenities needs upgrading. Hot water is basic requirement for any hotel. Other than that, all is as expected.

Most Chinese tours, the taste of breakfast is not much, bland
There is rice porridge, fried eggs, soup, salad, bread
90% of the room is not clean because there is hair
It is quiet, but if you meet a group of Chinese foreigners, it will be loud
The room is not soundproof, there is the sound of cars running. The bed is okay, there are 2 pillows, the room is spacious, the bathroom is bigger.

The hotel room rate has recently increased because expensive toiletries are now used in all rooms and I observe that the hotel is selling souvenirs and local products at the lobby. I am grateful to Siam Mandarina Hotel for allowing me to carry out plane-spotting from 10 am to 5 pm on its terrace garden, which opens from 6 am to 8 pm. I like the room allocated to me as there is the panoramic view of Suvarnabhumi's runway and I am very happy when I see an aircraft arriving on the runway. To see aircraft taking off to the sky during winter, stand at the Terrace Garden ideally. I will stay here again if necessary for plane-spotting purpose.

The hotel is the best choice for us to stay after long haul flight from Sydney with connecting flight to other city in the morning. Airport Rep at SVB airport is very helpful and efficient. Check in process is fast and no hassles. Security service is seamless and professional. The only comment for the front desk to do better is sense of hospitality. We came to ask for delivery service around the hotel as we want to order some medicine. They just point us to 7-11 next to the hotel without asking or extending us assistance. They could do better in providing warm gestures.

Food was good and service was very attentive and polite. Hotel facilities are good and people are friendly. Most important was the staff named Golf, who was very helpful and attentive to my unfortunate situation of needing to see a Dr. He was able to call the airport medical clinic and and explain how I can get there. Also, accommodated me for a late check out gave me a warm smile even though I was not well.. Thank you for such good staff. I would recommend this hotel for travellers that need to stay close to the hotel or in long transit.
THE RECOMMENDED HOTEL!
The room and overall hotel area is clean and well-organized. The service from the reception is really impressive. The hotel has nice location nearly the 7-11, Mini BigC, and Lotus. The hotel is fulfilled with cleanliness, emphatic staffs and comfort accommodation. Really impressed !
The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was well soundproofed, without any noise! There was free water, coffee and tea in the room. The service staff cleaned the room every day! Very good
Perfect stay!!! I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Wellness Hotel. Perfect location for those who wish not to be bothered by the ‘hustle and bustle’ of Bangkok city crowdedness and traffic jams. The hotel is well positioned on the outskirts of inner Bangkok allowing you to hop on the BTS (Bearing) to take care of business then out of the madness to quiet and serenity. Its a hotel with a small physical therapy/hospital in the middle of it.

Had to say they fulfilled my requirement of getting a room on the top floor of the building, which was a nice touch of nature, and you will get a wake-up call from birds Singing every morning outside of the balcony.
It is not the biggest accommodation in the area, but you will enjoy a nice view of the city, including friendly service, the room is very clean and comfortable.
I will definitely come back, and I will recommend you to everyone is a perfect place to stay.
Warm regards Karlsen, Room 700

GGuest UserI stayed for a night to catch my early morning flight. The room has a bit weird smell but still acceptable. There is a shuttle bus service to drop you off at the airport (extra charge for 120 baht) Only 10 minutes to the airport. Due to it’s very close to the airport then there will be some noise from the airplanes. The staff are nice and helpful.
GGuest UserExcellent value. Delicious breakfast was convenient due to the remote location. Perfect for a 1 night stay next to the airport. No kitchen facilities. Good view at night. Efficient reception. No deposit required but if you book in-person, there’s a 10% card surcharge
GGuest UserWe used Divalux Hotel upon our arrival and Miracle before our departure.
Room at Miracle was modern and clean whereas Divalux looked a bit dated.
There were no USB sockets in the room at Miracle but there where at Divalux.
Breakfast at Divalux was much better more variety and good coffee machine. Miracle had only two choices of fruit and a rather sad looking coffee carafe which we avoided. They had a coffee machine, but we were advised it was not included in the breakfast - not good. Had to wait till Starbucks at the airport for our first coffee of the day. Divalux was further away and we changed to Miracle as it was closer to the airport.
GGuest UserWe checked in late and were greeted by a delightful young woman who checked. Needed to pay 1000BHT as a cash deposit which I was unaware of before hand. Not a big deal at all but worth knowing to have the cash ready. Hooking into the wifi proved difficult and the codes supplied didn’t work but with the help of a gen-‘y‘er in our family we eventually got on.
Communication was a little difficult and we were unable to fully understand how to order our breakfast but understood they would bring it to our room. It was late and we were tired after 22 hours straight of travelling and so decided to just go with it.
Imagine our delight and surprise in the morning at nine am ( the time we had chosen), when there was a knock at the door and two ladies carried in a fully laid table with cooked breakfast; fresh cut fruit, juice, hot chocolate, pastries and toast!! So no need to worry about what they might choose for us. They make a mini buffet and leave the choosing to you!
Check out involved two new staff members, both of whom were warm and friendly, one of whom had excellent English. She gave us some help in how to say ‘thank you’ and ‘Suvarnabhumi’ (BKK airport) while we waited for the cab they called for us.
The air conditioners worked effectively, and the bathroom was clean and had hot water. There were no tea bags in the room but there was coffee, a kettle and bottled water! The room was spacious and clean and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to folk.
EErkaaThe location was very convenient, very close to restaurants, shops and the airport. The outside environment was beautiful, the reception area was beautiful, and the swimming pool was beautiful. However, not all rooms had 2 single beds.
RRichardEAPerfect stay!!! I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Wellness Hotel. AAmhithertoUpon arrival, we were greeted by the staff, and the check-in process was quick and efficient, taking less than 5 minutes.
I had booked a double bed, but to my disappointment, we were given a twin-bed room instead. This meant my partner and I had to sleep separately. Despite this, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room came with a balcony and a bathtub, which were nice touches.
One major letdown was the lack of advertised facilities. Contrary to what was described on Trip.com, the hotel does not have a pool, gym, or fitness facilities. This was quite disappointing, as we had chosen the hotel partially based on these features. On the bright side, the hotel location made it easy to explore nearby night markets and restaurants within walking distance.
The front desk staff were pleasant and polite. Although some could only communicate in Thai, they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay more enjoyable.
For the price, the hotel met most of my expectations. The quality of service and the comfortable room made up for the shortcomings in facilities.
Overall, our stay at Clef Hotel was pleasant. The combination of good service, comfortable accommodations, and a convenient location made it a decent choice. However, I would advise future guests to verify the available amenities beforehand.
GGogobearThis is the first golf resort I stay and I must say I really like it! The resort does a good job in maintenance and pest control so there’s almost no mosquitoes around. It’s a beautiful resort where you can truly relax even though if you don’t play golf. The gym is big and it offers free fitness and yoga classes that can keep you busy for the day. There’s also a spa with reasonable price. The breakfast is good and there are a few other restaurants in the resort. We went to the Chinese restaurant twice as we really like it! Highly recommend to those who want a retreat and want to stay close to the airport.
