The hotel has a great location and the standard double was great. The bed was really comfy; the bathroom was small but warm and clean. I'm fussy about products but the shampoo was good. (A super fast hairdryer also came with the room plus an umbrella if you needed to borrow one) The breakfast had everything you could need and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I also used the gym and sauna. All good 😊

Hotel location is very good, the scenery is beautiful, facing the fjord The room is very IKEA. The decoration of the classic Norwegian hotel group is the same. Hotel is near to the bus station / town centre. However, there is a little of an uphill slope for those who have heavy luggages / travelling with elderlies. Went in summer and room feels warm/stuffy even though it was cold outside. Toilet is a little cramped but other than that it is clean. Breakfast was great and the reception is friendly to any questions. Hotel is near the Rampestreken start point for those looking to hike.

The hotel is old, as are the facilities. The furniture is worn, and there are few electrical outlets in the rooms. It was summer in Norway, so there was no air conditioning in the room, but the seagulls were quite noisy when the windows were open, as it's close to the sea. The view was nice, with the pier in front and cruise ships visible, and it's close to the old town. The hotel has its own paid parking for 175 NOK per night.

In addition to the slow check-in, others are satisfied. When I checked in, I said that the parent-child room had the 2nd and 4th floors. If the floor was higher, the scenery would be more beautiful. The location is very good, when I go, I encounter heavy wind and rain (end of June), and I can see the sea view from a distance. Free parking is available on weekends. The front desk is very responsible. Trip.com The display is wrong. If you choose three people, the twin room appears, but it is actually a family room in the photo.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, just by the sea, there are various color houses on the opposite bank, and the sea is clear. The best place to take pictures is the hotel parking lot. awesome! The only downside is that the facade of the hotel is being renovated. My room could have had a great viewing angle, and it was blocked, which was a pity!

Economical housing, but quiet. Breakfast is simple and barely full. If you are on the Elf Road from Galangeel, it is about an hour and a half away, but I do not recommend staying here because it is the opposite direction after crossing the ferry, which will repeat the journey.

GGuest UserAlthough the lighting is OK, there are indeed many problems in the shower room. One, the switch of the flower wine is bad. Second, the bathtub is yellow Third, the conditioner bottle is empty. Fourth, the towels are dirty. Breakfast is OK.

For one night, it was OK, but never received any offer for the 2 next nights. I sent an e mail to the support, but no answer was received. The breakfast was not the same as before and the quality was much better before 2023.

MMikhailThe room was absolutely tiny, there is no privacy in the bathroom as it's basically a box next to your bed. Had to carry our luggage up the stairs to get to the room. Adjacent restaurant took 10 minutes to acknowledge us and say they're fully booked. Historic building & good location but that's about it. Would not recommend.

KKesinee KThis place is very convenient, good location, lovely area. Small but clean. Breakfast was fantastic! We are Thai and we met a Thai receptionist and she was very helpful. Try ask for quiet room because we booked 3 rooms but 2 rooms said it a bit noisy at night (we were there on a weekend). Definitely recommend.

It takes about ten minutes to walk from the station, which can be slow with luggage. The return trip is 640 NOK via Uber, which is excellent value. Amenities: The room amenities are OK, but there are no disposable items like toothbrushes. Bath towels are provided, but please bring your own toiletries if you require them; they come with shampoo and shower gel. The restaurant has a nice view, but don't go too early to avoid encountering tour groups. I went at 7 AM and didn't get a view. The breakfast is a typical Western-style meal, but it's quite delicious and I think it's suitable for Chinese people. It's a short walk to the Aksla Viewpoint and other attractions. The last picture is included.

GGuest UserThe landlord is very enthusiastic and has been talking to us for a while But the people are very good and will help passengers find transportation information for the return journey. And carefully introduce the room facilities  There is a fridge and toaster and coffee available If you don't drive by yourself.  The landlord can take us up to the hotel from the fjord ferry port, about 10 minutes drive, and we will charge a little, but it is acceptable. The window of the room can see the beautiful view of the fjord. Not bad.
