Loved this lil gem good working ac fast elevators very clean very accommodating only thing I didn’t like was my room had no window but it’s perfectly located in the middle of everything there was great food around nice historic places to visit they help with setting tours staff is super friendly and willing to help

The location is very good, next to a historical and cultural square. The soundproofing is very poor, and the front desk customer service is not good. Other guests checked in around 12 o'clock, but they didn't let me check in, and kept delaying my check-in until 4 o'clock in the afternoon. It's amazing that they didn't give me cookies! I suggest you don't stay at this hotel, the One Hotel next to it is better than this one

The room was beautiful and clean, bed is comfy. I loved the view and the panorama windows. :) Coffee machine in the room and delicious complimentary coffee made my morning start in a good mood. It's on a busy street so cars are passing during the day with a bit of sound, but it didnt bother me much. Staff was very helpful and responsive. 10/10

The hotel is in excellent conditions, very clean, very comfortable beds, the bathroom is wide, has facilities and hot water. I liked the 24-hour cafeteria service including stay, breakfast is simple but was okay. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

The location is far from the tourist spots, there isnt a free hotel shuttle to drop you off at tourist spots. I recommend offering this for free since there are many hotel options.

great hotel, good location. grounds are well kept, rooms are spacious enough. beds might be a little work (ours had a noticeable center sag) however just a minor inconvenience. This hotel is well located in that the beach and the marina are each a 10 min walk.

It's right inside the airport, very convenient. When I searched for the hotel on Google Maps, it turned out to be 6 kilometers away from the hotel. I almost got lost. Finally, I called the hotel to confirm that it was inside the airport.

The facilities are average, similar to Chinese budget hotels. Hotels in Mexico generally don't have toothbrushes and slippers. Tea and coffee are available on the first floor. Hot water is very good. I am not used to drinking cold water. Many hotels require you to go to ask for it separately. Some hotels don't even have it. There is a Mexican restaurant next to the hotel. Japanese food takes about five minutes to walk. There is a * casino opposite the hotel. For the price of Guadalajara, this hotel is very cost-effective. The front desk clerk can speak English. I booked a ticket to Mexico City, and the staff patiently helped me confirm the location of the station.
