I extended my staying in Osaka after my company event and chose this hotel. The location is great if u want to go to the famous location such as Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Just if u take the express train to airport from Namba, it’s actually not that close as I expected. The room is small but because I m just going by myself, I m good with the size. The space can only allow u to open one luggage I think. Cleanliness is overall ok.

I booked this hotel because my flight was rescheduled to the following morning and I was already at the airport. It's conveniently located near Rinku Town. Environment: Given its open setting next to a parking lot, it could be a bit noisy during the day. Cleanliness: Excellent, very clean. Service: The electric kettle in my room was broken. I called the front desk, and after explaining the issue in English, they replaced it for me within a few minutes. Facilities: The bed was very comfortable. The toiletries were all Pola, which is true to Washington Hotel's usual high standards. Both check-in and check-out were fully digital, and you can even book a bus for the next day. Getting to the airport in just ten minutes is fantastic – no more worrying about flight delays!

The location is absolutely superb, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It's surrounded by large shopping malls, offering plenty of options for shopping and dining, and public transport links are excellent. The hotel is situated directly above Yodobashi Camera. We didn't book breakfast, but there's a Family Mart on the ground floor, which was perfect for grabbing a quick breakfast. On the hotel's second floor, a connected walkway provides direct access to major department stores like Daimaru, Hankyu, Hanshin, Lucua, and Lucua 1100, all reachable within a 5-minute walk. Next to Hankyu is the HEP Five Ferris Wheel. After dinner, we walked over and rode it, enjoying stunning night views of Osaka Umeda. Opposite the ground floor of Yodobashi Camera, you'll find two drugstores; you don't need to search far and wide, as they have everything you could want. There's also an airport bus stop directly across the street, which is very convenient for those traveling with lighter luggage. Both check-in and check-out at the hotel are self-service, making the process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Osaka. It's simply fantastic!

We had such a great time staying in this hotel. The staff members are so friendly and accomodating. The rooms are clean and well designed. The amenities were absolutely fantastic. There are soft drinks and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. On some hours, there is an open bar with free beers, alcohol, liquor mixes, sake, asian wine. In the late evenings, there is ramen served for free for all guests. Just be ready to compete with the chinese and korean tourists, they are brutally swift wiping away the ramen in a jiff. They also do games (gifts for winners provided) and japan cultural events in the evenings. Then we went for the hot spring baths and massage chairs to unwind after exploring the city. We were pampered to the absolute brim. Location is also fantastic, 3 stations nearby and just a 5 minutes walk to Tsutenkaku towers. We loved our stay here. It was fun! 10/10 would recommend to anyone travelling to Osaka.

Great service from them as I managed to get some shoes delivered to the hotel. They were really helpful and up to date with my delivery and let me know when my shoes arrive at the hotel. Location was great and close to kuromon market where we had a seafood feast and also to dotonbori and shinsaibashi shopping district ◡̈ Room was big and decent enough and bed and sheets were comfy. Downside was there weren’t water provided just ice. So we had to get water from family mart..

’ve stayed at this hotel twice. The first time was when I arrived at KIX around 10 PM — it was perfect to check in quickly and get some rest. After finishing my trip to Kobe and USJ, I returned here the night before my morning flight. The free airport shuttle made it very convenient. I really like the hotel’s facilities, the friendly staff, and the convenience store on the second floor. The is a small restaurant nearby the the food is delicious. I’ll definitely be back again.

From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth, professional, and friendly. The staff spoke good English. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Namba, within walking distance to Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, and several subway lines. Despite being so central, the hotel is tucked away enough to be quiet at night.

Traveling with two adults and two children, the location was absolutely superb. There are shopping malls directly across the street downstairs, and a drugstore is also conveniently located on the ground floor. Getting to the JR station was incredibly easy too! The small eateries in the neighborhood also offered delicious food! The only significant drawback, however, was the hotel's cleanliness! The comforter felt damp, and it seemed like it wasn't changed at all during our 4-day stay. This definitely needs improvement! Otherwise, everything else was quite good.

Excellent location and view. Especially for family with kids, this hotel is right above Namba station and walking distance to kuromon market, dontorbori. Easy to get to different subways for traveling. Though is 2 double beds. One bed can fit one Asian adult and child.

I was most impressed by the convenient location which was just about 4 mins walking distance away from Osaka Station West Exit past Kitte Osaka building. As you take hotel lift up to your room, you can see the trains rumbling into or out of Osaka Station. (Thus if you are easily affected by noise, do ask for rooms that do not face the tracks.) It is very easy to get to Osaka Station City, Grand Front Osaka, Umekita Green Place and Grand Green Osaka (which has a fantastic 4-month old only onsen and wellness place at level 3) which are some of my favourite shopping centres with a great variety of offerings including tasty food. The room was of a good size compared to other hotels in Osaka and the bed was comfortable. The hotel may be old as can be told from the carpeting and there seems to be cigarette smoke ****** in but it is clean. Buffet breakfast is available for those who want at Y1980 per person although I did not try it. As for the airport limousine bus to and fro from Kansai International Airport, you just need to walk for about 4 mins to get to Herbis Osaka bus stop.
