We stayed １ on a group tour. The hotel is about １５ minutes walk from the port of kashihara, which is a window from Hakata in Tsushima. This time I stayed on the １０ floor, so I could see the town of kashihara from the room. The construction of rooms and so on was a general business hotel, and business travelers were using them other than tourists. The toilet in the room was equipped with a washlet despite the remote island, and ＷＩＦＩ was slow but connected. The free breakfast was unique, and there was no soup, so I brought instant miso soup and I had it in the room. It is good to bring instant miso soup because it is not tasteful only for lunch. And if there are many customers, lunch boxes are lost and you are waiting until you can, so you should go to get them early. It is a hotel enough if you just sleep in business.

The room was small but would work for a short-term trip. I was there for a month so it was a bit tight. Pillows were filled with plastic capsules and not all that comfortable, so I recommend bringing your own. The fridge was so so tiny. The bathroom was also small but the service was super excellent. Unless you pay for the extra service there is no breakfast included, I don't believe you can even pay there for a meal if you don't have the coupons. The beds were alright, and nothing really notable. I liked that there was laundry available, not expensive for a load. No microwaves in the room but there is a microwave in the laundry that works just fine. Very close to the train station and any food you may need to get. It is about a 30min walk to the front of the Main Base—taxi stalls right across the street from the hotel. The hotel desk did call us at like 20:00 to come to pay a bill since we were staying for so long but I wish they would have called earlier in the day to sort it out since we were already in bed for the night.

The room was also sealed and it was warm without heating. Because it was in front of the station, I was able to shop and eat easily. The transportation was good and I was surprised at the number of buses, but it was a convenient hotel because it was not written on the signboard such as where to go, so it was difficult to find it, or it was easy to go to the sightseeing spot. There were many shops in Nagasaki Station, such as various seafood and souvenirs. It's a hotel you want to use again.

Location is excellent, just opposite side of train station, about 15 minutes walk from the Hius Ten Boush Machi (Adventure Park). The room is not small, the breakfast buffet is good enough to give you enough energy to explore the adventure park. The lunch & dinner in hotel restaurant are also good and inexpensive. Service is great. The natural hot spring is great ！

Hotel was located right opposite the JR station (accessible via overhead bridge w lifts/escalator) and next to the bus terminal, so its a really good location if you're just stopping by Nagasaki for a night or two. Lawson and Family Mart are just next door. Room was clean and spacious, and service was good too. As of end-May 2024, the facade of the building seemed to be undergoing some renovation but it didn't affect our stay (cleanliness and noise-wise) at all.

It was an incredible inn that I was staying with a budget control. The customer service was always polite and smiling and gave me some fine care. Had an excellent stay here for 3 nights. Location is excellent being just across the road from the JR station. I was welcomed from arrival to departure. The room was large and comfortable ad quiet. The breakfast selection was excellent with great staff ( excellent additional benefits for being a HH Diamond member which was greatly appreciated) The executive lounge was excellent with great breakfast offerings, great afternoon snacks and a great evening snack selection ( probably the best selection in a Hilton I have had for years). The fitness centre is great ( did not try the hot baths) and loved the congestion indicator on the tv. The Seven Seas lounge was fantastic for a evening drink before bed with excellent service Nagasaki is a beautiful city to visit and hope to visit and stay at the hilton again soon

I was going back on a day trip, but the facilities in Nagasaki city were too substantial and stayed in a hurry. I accidentally discovered when I was looking for a hotel with hot bath facilities near the station. Search for today's accommodation price in the hotel lobby. I knew the cold and the full content of the hotel, so I decided by the amount presented by the hotel. The elevator is rare in a business hotel and 3,4 units. Security is also safe to push the card key and the accommodation floor. On the first floor, there is a convenience store (which can be entered and left by hotel key), and the hotel original snack is prepared at night, and the hot bath facilities are also complete with inner bath, open-air bath and sauna. Both can be selected because there is a shower room in the room. It is good to go with a feeling like a hiding hotel because it is located one step away from the street. From TA review, I learnt that the bath could be quite busy. Maybe because we stayed at this Candeo Hotel on weekdays, I never had to feel crumped in the locker area. Breakfast had a variety of local Japanese and western spreads, and it was delicious. The location of the hotel was superb. The major tram stop was within a few minutes on foot. We could walk to Dejima, Megane Bridge, even to the Dutch Slope. There were a plenty of restaurants nearby. The only reason that I could not give 5 stars was that the staff appeared to be distanced. I used to frequently stay in hotels around the world, and I consider receptionists to be the gatekeepers of hotels. With a bit of training, they can smile a little more and perhaps be friendlier. I stayed in 3 more hotels during my recent trip to Japan, and unfortunately, this Candeo Hotel’s receptionists spoke the poorest English, and all of the staff I encountered, including those at breakfast and other areas, looked unhappy.

In my opinion, the only benefit for staying at this hotel is its location. The hotel is located directly inside the theme park, which means you are able to roam around the park after it's closed or before it's open, a rare experience you can hardly get in any theme park. It also means you can go back to your room anytime during the day, without even need to exit the park. This is not a small benefit, and that's why I still give it 3 stars. The room, however, was disappointing for a moderately expensive hotel. It was really old, probably never renovated since the theme park opened. I stayed in one of their superior rooms. The decor was plain, and while the room was large, about 1/3 of the space was completely empty and basically unused. The TV was tiny considering the room size, and I wasn't even sure if it's HD. The lobby and the public space didn't look bad, but there wasn't anything cool or fancy. My room faced away from the park, so couldn't tell much about the view. It was quiet though. One thing I was unprepared for was that the hotel didn't have a store. And since all the stores in the park close by 8PM or so, I wasn't able to buy snakes or drinks at night. (There was a minibar in the room, but it was overpriced and was mostly alcohol). If I chose to stay in a hotel outside of the main entrance, I would have access to the convenience stores. The breakfast was overpriced. While the food wasn't bad, it was an average hotel breakfast and doesn't worth 3600 yen. However since you can't get breakfast in the park anywhere else, the other option is to hold until lunch. If I make the choice again, I would probably stay at one of their partner hotels outside of the main gate. Not only are they cheaper, but are also more convenient. TIPS: 1. Since the hotel is located inside the theme park, you can't drive to the hotel or get dropped at the hotel entrance. You have to walk through the park entrance, and reach the hotel either by foot or by taking the park shuttle. If you have luggage, you can have them delivered to the hotel for free at the luggage service kiosk outside of the main gate (it takes 2-3 hours). You can also have your luggage delivered to the entrance at check out, but need to pick them up before 6PM. If you are driving, you won't have easy access to your car during the stay. 2. Unless you arrive after the park is closed, you need a valid park admission ticket on your check in day to access the hotel. You don't need admission tickets for subsequent days (until check out). They are included in your room rate and will be given to you at check in time. You will also get a ticket to the hot spring (only 1 ticket per stay). You have to get there by taking the shuttle bus, and the place is pretty crowded. I think it can be passed.

We enjoyed to stay. Hotel staff members are very friendly and kind. Breakfast buffet at hotel are good as well. I just didn’t know about free shuttle from station to hotel at the beginning. If I know early, I did not walk extras and save energy. Otherwise we are very happy to stay there.

The good: + Spacious clean room with amazing view of the ocean and the 99 islands + Very nice breakfast (Ismir) and dinner ( 4/F Jp restaurant) all with excellent sea view which you don't normally get at a Jap hotel. + Nice onsen. + 5 mins away from the park at the peak. It's a look-out worth visiting. = I drove and enjoyed the ride up/down the slope to hotel as the traffic was not busy. However, do watch out if there is fog during certain time of the year. The not so good: - as mentioned by some other visitors that the bed/ pillows should be upgraded. - thanks to the reception lady who gave me a hand with my luggage unloads from car when I arrived. However, when I departed, was surprised that the lobby gentleman just stood at the front door and didn't bother to help. Overall, will use this hotel again in future.

I was booked for four nights at toyoko inn in Itsukihara, but I heard that I built a new hotel in Katsu hida and decided to stay here for two nights. This accommodation exceeded our expectations. The rooms were well furnished, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were very clean. 이번에 가족여행으로 **도호텔에서 하루 숙박하게되었음, 프론트나 시설은 필요한건 다있는정도 삐까뻔쩍할 정도는 아님 객실 청소상태는 깔끔하니 좋았고 저는잘모르겠는대 남편이 비염이 조금있어서 그런지 침구에서 먼지냄새가 좀 난다함. 서비스가 너무 만족스러움 오전시간 배를타고가서 10시 조금넘어서 도착해가지구 먼저 짐만 보관하려고 호텔에 들렸는대 체크인 바로 해주셔서 객실에 짐좀풀고 출발할수있어서 너무 좋았음 ! 다음번 여행때도 여기 숙박할거같음 !
