Nice property, great ambience for holiday mood. Clean bathtub, you can soaking in a tub of hot water. But, the shower area has a bit gross of grimes, and it has an awful smell. Luckily, the room, towel & bedsheets are clean and the staff are always smiling and friendly 😀. The food is good, my favourite is the Bubur Ayam, and espresso is great, with plenty of Western and Asian cuisine choices as well.

Breakfast was good, variety was ok on the weekend, however need improve the variety bfast on weekday. We stayed for 5 Night on 14 - 19 Oct and staff were also very friendly, courteous and helpful, especially for Rafft for making our stay extra enjoyable with his great service. Comfy bed, and big bathroom. the location of the hotel is very strategic in the city center and if you want to go to the mall or look for other food options it's only walking distance.

Loved our stay at this hotel, very convenient as it is situated beside the ferry terminal. rooms were clean and tidy. the mall was within walking distance, very convenient. definitely will return one day!

Here annually, because of its superb location - near a large mall, near several massage centres (my perennial favourite being Thai best), near several excellent food places (must check out Mickey Mouse 66, as well as the coffee shops in its vicinity), near several wholesale shops but they do sell individual items (fantastic branded knock-offs at fantastic prices). As for the hotel itself, rooms are large; with basic amenities and free mineral water. Concierge is reliably helpful, friendly and efficient. Receptionists (same air of sulkiness, whoever is manning the station, whatever time) and buffet breakfasts (why eat here when there are superb choices nearby) are consistently below average, whether the hotel was “Gideon” or is “Gideon by Aston”.

Me and my family had the chance to stay at Aston Nagoya Hotel. We got check in process was super fast and seamless. We were assigned to a room on the 13th floor and oh boy.. what a nice room. It has the best city view of batam, in the night we can see the lighting of batam. Nearest from food court and shopping mall. All the staff very great service from the security, reception and resto staff. They did a very good job in providing an excellent service. Last but not least, special thank you to the Duty Manager, Mr. Randi who made our stay very memorable. He was very kind and attentive to all our needs throughout the stay. Thumbs up for his great job and effort to make our stay enjoyable. He is a great asset to this company. Definitely will stay here again and highly recommended hotel in Batam!

I arrived early at 1030am and went to the reception. Fortunately room was available on the lower floors which I don’t mind. Check in was fast, staff were friendly. The room was huge with all the amenities and a huge bathtub with a strong and hot shower. Bed was comfortable with 4 huge pillows. Safe and fridge in the room which was carpeted. Swimming pool was big with a well equipped gym. My first stay here and will definitely be back.

I had a pleasant stay at Harper Nagoya. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options. Overall, a great experience, and I would recommend it for a comfortable stay in Nagoya.

We had an amazing time at FourPOintsbySheraton.. everything is just how we want it. Good walk on the beach, nice view by the pool and lounge and food selection is spectacular. Definitely will come bsck with the family 🥰 Awesome location too.

Excellent service and superb value for money. Room is located very close to the beach. We enjoyed the cool breezes and therapeutic sound of waves! Definitely a good short break from the city! Well-kept property considering the age of the property. The staff surprised us with a beautiful floral arrangement on our bed! Much appreciated. Would definitely be visiting this resort more often from now on.

Rifai and septian is so awesome, they acknowledge every single small things i need.. they are friendly they took care of us.. we really appreciate them so much. They even buy me medicine for my tummy ache.. they really have a good leadership,hopefull every staff will follow their example. They are a role model. They deserve a promotion

My stay at Montigo Resort was truly unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. I stayed in the Hilltop Seaview Villa, which offered stunning views of the ocean and lush surroundings—a perfect blend of luxury and nature. The resort provides a personal assistant service, handling everything from activity planning to dining arrangements, allowing me to fully relax. Getting around was easy with the convenient buggy service, making it effortless to explore the resort’s beautiful areas. Montigo’s exceptional service, beautiful setting, and thoughtful amenities make it a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway.

My partner booked a standard room for my birthday. The room was on the 12th floor with harbour view (room 1231). The hotel building is 13 floors with the lounge on the top floor. The room came with king sized bed with bay window seats, the bathroom had a bath tub and a separate shower room. Plus point for ladies, powerful hairdryer! Love that there was a day curtain (manual) and blackout curtain (automatic with switch) to adjust natural light coming into the room. The staff throughout the hotel was polite and helpful. The pool + swirl pool + kids pool is on the 5th floor overlooking the sea. The gym (24 hours) and spa (was advised by the spa staff they opens 10am to 10pm daily) is also on the 5th floor, easily accessible from the lift lobby. The gym is well equipped with 3 treadmills, 2 elliptical, 3 stationary bikes, 2 free weight benches and some machines. The pool is clean (my stay was on weekdays) 25m in length at its longest length. Decent for laps. Great views overlooking the sea. The the whirlpool at the side is a plus point. Level 2 of the hotel connects to the adjacent Bayfront mall. The restaurants at the promenade are accessible from level 1 of the hotel lobby. There are a lot of food choices, mostly seafood restaurants. Also a hotpot restaurant. Only disappointment was the spa (Quan Spa). Went for the Quan Day Ritual for Two (2.5 hours) which included stone massage, ear candling, coffee body scrub and mask (plus V-spa Retus for ladies) for Rp 2,000,000 before taxes (with taxes was about Rp 4,000,000 = SGD 400). Quality of masseurs was poor (massage techniques, temp of the hot stones), inattentive service, unclear instructions (possible due to language; masseurs speaking simple English). Wasn’t told about the start of the mask, only to realized we had to rest for 15 mins for the masking process. Also insufficient information given for V-Spa Retus which was done near the end of spa session. Quite disappointing given the price point.

I recently stayed in Wyndham Panbil Batam and had an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was modern, and spacious, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a variety of fresh options. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel with excellent service and comfort in Batam.

The staff was nice and everything was great! They even prepared a cake for our anniversary! Everything was pleasant and there was swimming pools and sauna that could be used! Located deep and inside so it’s quiet and peaceful. I

Firstly, they sent us to level 5, the window facing building opposite the hotel look like empty and running down, so scary so i asked them to change for us, lucky they still have available room for us at level 3 facing the road. The food was ok ok for me and family. every day different kinds of food. but not much western choices. The room was spaces and have kind of smell, maybe the carpet smell. but ok still acceptable. The service was good. asking for extra pillow, rubbish plastic, clean the room change the bed sheet etc. The location walking distant to Nagoya Hill Mall. Took grab to BCC mall, Mega Mall all nearby. Grab/gojek is so fast and Easy in Batam. It a good experience for us. after all we did have fun in Batam.

A nice and seamless check in experience. Hotel is relatively new and conveniently located next to Grand Mall Batam. We are tired from our recent long trip and decided to go batam for a quick and self pampering getaway. Luckily an early check in was available. Front Desk Maya helped to do check in smoothly. It was a nice experience indeed. Anyway, there's also a lot of massage, foot reflexology places around the hotel area...

I don’t give 1/5 reviews. I am only triggered when the cleanliness and hygiene is an issue. This hotel gave me a room that I had to walk through a smoke reeked corridor. When I went into the room, I got a room that had so much wordless shakes than nods of approval. 1) Toilet was not clean. There was mold. 2) Room had to be “perfumed” with a packet of something hanging on the air con duct 3) ALL the towels in the room were stained. Asked for a new set and it was STILL stained 😳. 4) No shampoo as a 4 star hotel. 5) Recycled bed room slippers ( of which I am fine ) but it was stained with dubious stuff. 6) Room picture hangs precariously over my head. 7) The extra bed I paid extra for came without a bed frame and was placed on the floor. Housekeeping said it is like that 😵‍💫 Management has to do something. The poor housekeeping got a hard time from me 🙏🏻

Very efficient Check-in and Check-out as the items inside the fridge are complimentary. The staff at the Oriental resto for b'fast and the x'mas dinner were pretty attentive and we also had a pleasant experience with their security and hk staff. Grab can drop-off at the lobby but you have to 'grab' one from outside the main road at the vehicle exit point of the hotel driveway. B'fast items, although in variety are not of quality standards as compared to hotels in Thailand, which is inclusive in the room pricing. Same for their X'mas Dinner! Good location, and to Grand Batam Mall is only about S$2.50 where you can cross the road to A2 foodcourt and BCS mall. Taxi from Batam Center to hotel is standard at 70K IDR if you don't want to lug your bags to the roundabout outside which is a distance away. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Checked into this hotel at abt 8 or 9pm, cos we could not stand the hotel we checked in earlier. Was so glad that we got a beautiful deluxe room for ourselves at this timing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The reception even accommodated my last minute request for a birthday surprise for my hubby at midnight. They were so nice!! They prepared a choco lava cake with a birthday candle and a Happy Birthday wish on the plate. And 2 staff were there singing a Happy Birthday song as well. Hubby was very much caught by surprise. The room was great - spacious with sofa and armchairs with nice looking furniture, the whole room is very clean with a nice cosy setting, bathroom amenities was great, and the king bed and pillows were so comfortable I had the best sleep in many months! The best sleep was definitely the highlight of my holiday this time round 🤭 Location is awesome as its so near to Nagoya Hill Mall, all we had to do was just go by the back way. Breakfast is nice and filling. I'm not really a picky water so being full is good for me. We had a great view from our room as well. It was such a pleasure and a redemption from the bad service we unfortunately had to receive from our earlier booking at another hotel. The rooms are really as nice as the photos they uploaded. Really made our day here at Grand I Hotel. Thank you to all the staff who have served us during our stay 28 to 30 Jan 2023 at Room 627. We are really grateful for a wonderful holiday and birthday experience here. We will definitely be back here when we come to Batam again. Keep up the good work!

I like the location of the BCC hotel very much. It is really convenient for me to go to A2 food court to eat and walk to two large shopping plazas and small shops. It is just a few steps away. In addition, I have a rich breakfast for four days. I have to surprise breakfast every day. Good to eat if you are not very demanding, other than that the swimming pool here is very large and clean because there are not many people swimming. The only downside of this hotel is that it is a bit dirty, the cleaning staff seems to be not trained, just clean 🧹 If you love cleanliness, it may not be suitable for you. If you choose this hotel, remember to bring your own towels, sheets, pillowcases, and hot water bottles, because although these things are in the hotel, they will make people shake their heads. In general, although it is cheap, I am a clean person. I will not stay in this hotel again next time. I really like the location of BCC Hotel, it's incredibly convenient for me to go to the A2 food court and walk to two large shopping malls and small shops nearby.Just a few steps away.In addition, I stayed for four days and had a rich breakfast every day, surprising me each time.It's good if you don't have very high expectations.Apart from that, the swimming pool here is large and clean as there aren't many people swimming.The only downside of this hotel is that it's a bit dirty, the cleaning staff seems untrained and does a casual job.If you're someone who values cleanliness, it might not be suitable for you.If you choose this hotel, make sure to bring your own towels, sheets, pillowcases, and kettle, as although these things are provided in the hotel, they might not meet your standards.Overall, it's affordable, but I'm a clean person and I won't stay at this hotel again next time.

Stayed 2 nights at the one @komplek baloi. Good location, near 2 shopping mall (BCS mall and Grand Batam mall). Outside the hotel there are many eateries, some are outdoor tents and there's also outdoor food court. Massage places are many around this hotel also. Convenience store also available across the street. The hotel is quite new, but the bedsheet a bit yellowish and saw stain at the corner. When i requested to change the bedsheet next day (by putting the card), they didn't do it because saw the same stain at the same spot. Came 2pm for check-in but the room still not ready yet, so waited at the lobby. There were no hand towel provided, called the housekeeping and they only gave face towel. Breakfast spread quite good, but taste average. They allowed for late checkout at 1pm.

Stay for 2 night in July..(Sat-Mon) with Breakfast Hotel lobby not So big but its long shape..Love the elevator located where hide from FO counter but direct to main access n Lobby. Cons -Even the location is in Nagoya,but its not in central nagoya where u cant find food or city walk easily.(its stil acceptable where u can use transport) -The sink in toilet room Number 8007 is almost clogged,the water from sink bowl dissappear slowly. - Omellete station during Breakfast on 11/7 very slow,I order the omelette 1st before enter the dining area(coz the omelette station is beside lift).After i take my food,wait very long for my omelette to ready.I finish all my breakfast already then the omelette is arrived.very spoils my morning. -Not a walking distance to attractions. Pros. -Good FO,F&B(except mention above),HK and concierge team.They all serve with smile n generous. -The attitude of staf is show how good is indonesia hospitality. -Even the pools not so big and the gym is small.But this is enough for you to relax n enjoy the facilities while see the view of nagoya town. -affordable price hotel room -delicious buffet spread(i really means it). -The lady in black suits (F&B incharge on 10&11/7 is really good.She really makesure all the food is top up and cust have enough food).But i forget her name. -Room is quite good and its concept suitable for couple due to the toilet is glass wall n using only white blinder.(we like it coz we r couple). -They using Presidential suite hotel collection mattress and its really good for me. -i like how simple the minibar and kettle design. -good lightning in room -nice view from room. -Good HK team in cleaning our room when we out to town. -I like when hotel using card scanner in lift to room level,its very secure n privacy. -Love the smells of the lobby n room -its sound proof quite good -And the Air conditioner its really good,well maintain and cools.(we in asean hv very hot temperatures,and good AC is must in hotel). Is very best hotel for stay But the security guard is not friendly he treat me like **** because I use motorcycle go there whit my husband actually I'm borrowing my friend motorbike coz I want to have fun use motorcycle at Indonesia there I feel bored using car please tell to the security to treat everyone thank you

AP Premier is one of the oldest hotel in Batam Indonesia and was known as Novotel in the past. The hotel was one of the top grade hotels in Batam when I stayed there 20+ years ago (yr 2001). Although there are many hotel options now days in batam but AP Premier is still my favorite place to stay when visiting batam for business trip recently. The hotel location is good to me. It is very near to ferry terminal, Habourbay (in fact within walking distance) and Nagoya, the old town center where most of the tourists from Singapore would like to visit. The hotel public area is quite spacious. The breakfast selection was great. Room is clean and comfortable to stay. Hotel service is awesome especially the front desk team like Miss Wani and Mr Dona are exceptionally helpful.

Down side: No signs or directions provided to walk from harbour bay to hotel once you are on the road, we ended walking round n round. 2) Staff promised to call or text me when rooms are ready to check in failed to do so. overall check in not good. Plus points: welcome cakes with personalised note to greet us. 2) discount for spa services to complimentary 1hr massage as service recovery for poor check in experience. Cleanliness can be improved as bath towel was a little yellow.

I was impressed with the majestic lobby that has enermous interior decoration 😁. ( I was not prepared that the lobby will be that majestic) The check-in process was quick and smooth and had spa treatment while wating the room to be ready. I booked the leading category one but i must say the room is exceed my expectation, it was very very spacious (really spaciouss) the bathroom also veryy verryy verryyy spacious and superr cleannn,its a good choice to have short staycation, the hotel is quite near to nagoya shopping area. But too bad i didn't take proper picture because i was enjoying my ”me time” at that moment. I would like to return for another short vacation again!

Good business hotel laying in the heart of Batam Centre. Room is clean and the closets smell like new. Toilet have integrated bidet and is, as well as the shower, well maintained. Breakfast is nice with a various choice of local and western meals. Served by motivated personell who will help you when you need them. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I feel that the price / quality is not really correct. In my opinion the price is too high especially when you have to pay extra for breakfast. If you're a businessman this will be the perfect hotel to stay for you. For leisure it's also a good hotel, but there are other hotels over there who will offer you enough for 50% of the price I paid for this hotel.

So glad to pick this very new hotel in Batam. A value stay that is not compromising on comfort and size. Breakfast was sumptuous with ala carte local or western breakfast freshly cooked on order. Pretty good for the price. Excellent service from the staff too, will highly consider this hotel again for my next visit.

Very very good! Clean and nice. Quiet and peaceful. Booked 3 rooms. The only problems founds are bed are little too noisy while turning and one of the toilet shower head need replacement (broken) due to previous quests damage it probably. Breakfast is alright. Service is good. Deposits is required even if it’s fully paid.

great hotel with fantastic view and surrounding. It was a good option to choose harbourbay view, a spacious and very clean room. All worked well in the room. Staffs were attentive and could recognize my return stay, well trained for the F&B staff on food and drinks. Check-in/out were fast and no hassle. Will definitely come for the next trip.

The hotel location is convenient and easily accessible (walkable distance)from the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There is a Chinese restaurant directly opposite the hotel, and a convenience store is also available nearby. The hotel staff are friendly and we also received welcome drinks. Hotel amenities and facilities are modern. The room was decent and clean to a certain extent as there were some minor stains on the bedsheet/bed cover. The water pressure for shower was good. However, the toilet floor still got wet easily due to the short coverage by the glass shower screen. Loud music and people singing could be heard at night as there was a club/pub nearby. This would be fine if you don’t sleep that early. Overall, the hotel is definitely value for money and the location is great!!
