It’s not easy get a parking space in Mostar but we reserved one in Villa. It’s walking distance to get into the centre. We received warm welcome by the staffs. The room is cozy and tidy.

The hotel is generally nice. Located halfway up a mountain, it's relatively easy to walk from the Latin Bridge, but the uphill climb requires some effort. The hotel has a beautiful view, a terrace, and a nearby supermarket, which is quite nice. The room offers cooking facilities and is well-equipped. However, the mattress is a bit soft, making the small bed a bit cramped. Sarajevo is beautiful, with a subtle sense of melancholy.

Hotel Bristol in Mostar is an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with air conditioning available for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offers a good selection of options to suit various tastes. The location is ideal, situated not far from the historic Old Mostar Bridge and within easy reach of the bus and train stations. The staff are notably friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience at this hotel. Highly recommended!

A relatively unique hotel with a view of Sarajevo city. It is said that the hotel is located in the Muslim area, next to a cemetery! There is a five-story visual glass platform in the middle of the hotel lobby! The breakfast tastes good, with a variety of Western buffets!

What a wonderful accommodation in Mostar. Staff really went above and beyond to assist us. The room was large, with a huge TV that I felt bad for not making use of. Good locatiion next to the crooked bridge in Mostar with a nice view from the restaurant at night. Part of the reason we booked this hotel was the high reccommendation of the restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food was exquisite and one of the best meals on our trip. The lamb was especially delicious. Best restaurant and best hotel in Mostar. My only regret is that we didn't spend longer here.

Stayed at one of their suit room. It was just SPECTACULAR. Huge living room, bed room, and bathroom. I reallg enjoyed staying here! I wanted to stay longer but had to leave..:( If you are in Medjugorje, please try their suit room! 10 out of 10!

The place is in the lovely quiet town of Medjugorje. Not exactly close to the church of St. James but within walking distance. You can access most of the pilgrim sites from the hotel by foot except the cross, which is at the mountain. Either you go by foot which is one-hour walk or by taxi.

Ну что ж, один из самых низкооцененных мною отелей, не скажу что прям совсем ужасно, но как будто бы можно лучше. Лайк за мужчину который забрал чемоданы со скоростью звука, не успев выйти из такси и поставить поклажу на землю. Лайк, что нашли пуль от кондиционера, потому что в эти дни была температура 30 и хотелось бы перед сном уснуть в прохладе. - Начнем с расположения, находиться высокооооо в на горе, если будете ходить пешком, то там просто максимально не удобная дорога, на повороте к отелю даже перейти дорогу невозможно нормально. Или такси или риски, что добраться вниз :D но, но, до автобусной станции минут 10(10€), до аэропорта минут 15-20 ехать (20€), в принципе жить можно. До старой части города минут 40 пешком или 40 минут на трамвае или автобусе, проезд стоит 1.8 местной марки. - Номер: был чрезвычайно маленьким, меньше чем я был в Токио, прикроватный люстры, которые на уровне головы, сделал издеватель какой-то, постоянно из головой замечаешь, можно же было из разнести по сторонам, к чему было так делать... Так как моло места, мало полок и совсем вытекающим. Места супер мало, 2 чемодана и все, перешагиваешь их, чтобы пройти в уборную. - Завтрак. Нууу, слабенько, совсем простенько, всего лежит так мало, что переживаешь, если возьмёшь дополнительный кусочек чего либо, другим не хватит. Не то, чтобы прям совсем убого, но ожидаешь чего-то более. Не то, чтобы я был привередой каким-то, но завтраки ни о чем... - Люди. Приветливые, готовые помочь и исправить что могут в меру своих сил, наверное доп бал именно за них и накинул. Может мне достался просто такой маленький номер, не знаю, но ещё раз, я скорее бы не стал у них останавливаться(( в любом случае спасибо за прием, а да, хотелось бы ещё оставить номер замечательного водителя, который готов вас отвести куда угодно, ну в пределах разумного и не за Овер прайс +387 ** *** ***, очень вежливый, пунктуальный и общительный молодой человек, который не обманет и за оговоренную сумму привезет вас в нужное место. Да и вообще, мне как жителю России было приятно находиться в Боснии, все приветливые, радушные, можете приехать к нам и будетe видеть супер понурые и унылые лица, везде :DD а тут заряжаешься позитивом))

Loved everything about it in particular the spotless bedsheets.The hotel is clean and beautiful designed with Arabic touches. The room was huge , the floor of the room was covered completely by carpet , a small window is present and a big bed. Daily cleaning is done. There is a river in-front of the hotel which is a plus. Toilet has good size and is super clean. Location is good , very close to the airport and you would roughly need 20 minutes to reach the center by taxi. Close by there is small mall and loads of restaurants across the corner. Old town is far from the hotel. Depending on traffic maybe roughly 20 to 25 minutes. Taxis cost like 20 KM one way. I saw two restaurants, one up for breakfast & the second located on the ground floor facing the river. You have a beautiful river In front of the hotel. I use to sit and do my readings every morning. Breakfast fantastic. Gym & swimming pool & the spa are all up to date and excellent. My best part was the room, the bed, the bedsheets and pillow. Super super clean . I stayed in 4 top luxurious hotels in Bosnia but Malak’s cleanliness is the top. Unfortunately the hotel will not provide you with iron but they do have laundry services. Customer service is just acceptable. Above all what was important to me personally “the room that gave me the feeling I’m at home” . Highly recommend you to book the hotel you won’t regret it.

Just in the old town, it is very convenient to go out to the old street. Very close to the attractions. A few minutes walk. There is no stairs, and it is heavy to carry luggage on the second floor. There is a parking lot outside, but there are many cars (the whole old city has a lot of cars, the lane is very narrow, and the speed of individual cars is very fast). If you grab a parking space, 10 euros a night. The hotel lobby has free coffee, fruit, snacks, very warm. The waiter was very good.
