The breakfast is awesome. I stayed two nights, but I only had one day breakfast because the next day I had to leave early, no price deduction. Location is just right in the old town. I carried a heavy luggage to walk through uneven road (the old bridge), it was nightmare. Suggestion, you can use the opposite direction. Maybe low season, many shops are closed. Thanks Hotel Emen still available for the stays😊
I am quite satisfied with the hotel. I have booked two rooms with a 4-star rating. The transportation is very convenient next to the main road on the outskirts of the city. Parking is also very convenient for self-driving cars. It is also very convenient to go to Buna Spring and not far from the old city. The breakfast is also good. Mostar is really hot. Therefore, insulation is very important for new air-conditioned hotels.
Hotel Bristol in Mostar is an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with air conditioning available for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offers a good selection of options to suit various tastes. The location is ideal, situated not far from the historic Old Mostar Bridge and within easy reach of the bus and train stations. The staff are notably friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience at this hotel. Highly recommended!

The room is fine in all aspects, very clean, air conditioning is also powerful, that is, when you check out, you have to add tax. I said that the display is included when booking, and the landlord seems very uncomfortable and has not got extra money. Also, don’t believe the picture, the actual location and the picture are not the same place at all.
I didn't look carefully and was misled by the Chinese name, thinking it was the Regent Hotel... It's really close to the airport and very convenient. This hotel was the first hotel to catch a flight. The hotel's breakfast has a lot of varieties and tastes good. It's just that the hotel is a bit deserted
Just in the old town, it is very convenient to go out to the old street. Very close to the attractions. A few minutes walk.
There is no stairs, and it is heavy to carry luggage on the second floor.
There is a parking lot outside, but there are many cars (the whole old city has a lot of cars, the lane is very narrow, and the speed of individual cars is very fast). If you grab a parking space, 10 euros a night.
The hotel lobby has free coffee, fruit, snacks, very warm.
The waiter was very good.
The room is large and clean, the breakfast is rich, the price/performance ratio is very high, the front desk service is also quite thoughtful, and it is a hotel worth staying in, but the hotel's geographical location is a certain distance from the scenic spot.

GGuest UserWonderful location and such friendly staff. Willing to accomodate and help in any way. I requested early check-in and they allowed for me to have that after my 25 hour journey. It was really warm in my room and I requested a portable fan and they were so quick in bringing it over.

RRonan PatrickWhat a wonderful accommodation in Mostar. Staff really went above and beyond to assist us. The room was large, with a huge TV that I felt bad for not making use of. Good locatiion next to the crooked bridge in Mostar with a nice view from the restaurant at night. Part of the reason we booked this hotel was the high reccommendation of the restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food was exquisite and one of the best meals on our trip. The lamb was especially delicious. Best restaurant and best hotel in Mostar. My only regret is that we didn't spend longer here.
GGenAITravelerFor those with time to enjoy Sarajevo Grand Hotel offers all you need as well as a glimpse into one of the many 'Grand' hotels with fitting that encapsulate the former Yugoslavia.
Breakfast although basic was within expectations for the price point. The 'Sarajevo 1984' Olympic colors on the chairs I thought were a nice nod to the past.
The room was modest but included everything I needed as a solo traveller and was cleaned every couple of days. Lack of AC was the only thing that made the trip slightly less comfortable.
There is a bar on a maisonette floor that serves drinks all day till around 11PM. The staff were courteous and helpful.
For those who don't have a car, taxi can be ordered from the front desk or you can walk 5 minutes to the Railway Station and nearest Tram/Bus stops.
The observation tower is nearby, the Ottoman city is around 30 minutes on foot.
I would stay again. 👍
NNixaFirstly, host Angelo is lovely. He showed us the room upon check in. He said there was an error in what we were quoted through Trip for our Diamond Tier room and we came to an agreement that was reasonable to both parties. However, for the price we paid, we would have expected a TV, wifi that worked in our room, a shower door that was all in one piece, no black mould in the shower, something to address the drain odour, an extra blanket and a comfortable pillow. Unfortunately, these were all small issues that added up to a less than perfect stay. On the plus side, the hotel itself was clean and the view of the town vines from the bedroom was delightful. The room was super warm, very quiet, very spacious, and directly opposite great restaurants, bars, St James church and the Risen Christ statue. Overall, it was a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
Thanks Angelo.
AAnton from MoscowA big hotel next to the National Museum and a mall. Interesting building, especially the lobby zone. Nice location: I already mentioned the mall and trams passing right next to the hotel, there are also supermarkets, ATMs, and cafes nearby. The other side is that trams and the street bring some constant noise level to the room. Breakfast could have been a bit better, especially coffee. The rest was fine: a spacious room with a bathtub, free parking, and helpful staff.
GGuest UserA relatively unique hotel with a view of Sarajevo city. It is said that the hotel is located in the Muslim area, next to a cemetery! There is a five-story visual glass platform in the middle of the hotel lobby! The breakfast tastes good, with a variety of Western buffets!
AaberaThe room was nice. My friend and I booked the same room with a king-size bed and a sofa bed for 2 nights, but the sofa bed in one room was never opened. I slept on the sofa on the first night and woke up from the cold. The next day, we asked several times but they still didn't open it. Finally, a blanket was delivered at around 9pm, but the sofa bed still opened by itself.
GGuest UserThe location is very convenient. There are many delicious small shops near the hotel. The hotel breakfast is really good. The local food is generally salty. It is comfortable and delicious to eat breakfast. The white rice is very good.
