🌟 5/5 – An Unforgettable Stay at Hard Rock Bali 🌟 From the moment we arrived, every staff member greeted us with genuine smiles and kindness. Throughout our stay, I felt truly cared for — nothing was too much trouble, and the warmth of the team made the experience so special. The kids club was a lifesaver for me as a single mother — my daughter had endless fun, and I could relax knowing she was in safe, happy hands. The swimming pools were fantastic for both children and adults, with a lively yet relaxing atmosphere. I also indulged in the Rock Spa, which was a rejuvenating treat, and the gym facilities were top-notch for keeping up my fitness routine. Yes, the stay is on the pricier side, but for families — especially those with children — it’s worth every cent for the comfort, safety, and joy it brings. I left feeling recharged, grateful, and already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Hard Rock Bali, for giving me the rare gift of me time while my daughter had the time of her life!

This was a pretty average hotel. Many amenities were dated. I booked the pool access hotel but the private pool went up to my knees, which was a little disappointing. Check in was a bit annoying because we arrived a few minutes before 3pm, and the front desk told me we would need to wait 5-10mins for our room. This was fine but we waited over 20 minutes and had to go up to the front desk again to ask if our rooms were ready before they gave us our room keys. The breakfast was good though! There was a very large selection and a nice view from the rooftop.

Highly recommend The Stones for a luxurious and comfortable holiday in Bali. The location was great, the staff were so friendly and accommodating and the actual hotel was well maintained and satisfying in every category. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the pool was large and well designed. The Jacuzzi was warm and lovely to relax in after a day of walking. The breakfast was fresh and varied with great selections - we wanted for nothing! The pool table was a great way for the kids to entertain themselves and the staff went above and beyond to help. I accidentally left my handbag with a large amount of cash and my passport, lying on a bench. I went back half an hour later and the staff had located it and put it in a safe location after trying to contact me! All money and items were still in the bag when staff returned it to me - very honest, friendly and genuine people at this hotel. It was a lovely stay.

We had an amazing time at Hotel Indigo Seminyak (this is our favourite hotel in Bali and we have came here twice). The rooms are amazingly beautiful and the service is unbeatable. There are 2 pools and the hotel is super close to the beach. It was also my family member's birthday and the hotel was kind enough to prepare a birthday cake for us which we really appreciate.

The hotel’s location was fantastic, with easy access to Berawa Beach and a variety of trendy cafes, restaurants, and shops. It’s also a short drive from other popular areas like Canggu and Seminyak, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The staff’s exceptional service truly stood out during our stay. On our last day, we had an early morning flight, and they kindly packed a delicious breakfast to-go for us. This thoughtful gesture made our departure smooth and stress-free, leaving a lasting positive impression. Another highlight was the complimentary 1-hour sauna and ice bath for two. After a long day of shopping, we indulged in this refreshing and rejuvenating experience. It helped us recharge and feel completely ready to continue our dinner and night out. My partner and I recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-day, 3-night stay at the Grand Hyatt Bali, and overall, it was an unforgettable experience. The comfort and attention to detail made it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. 🌿 Pool Paradise The resort’s pool area is a true highlight—lush, serene, and thoughtfully laid out. We loved lounging on the daybeds, dipping into the hot and cold plunge pools, and taking advantage of the direct poolside service (a lifesaver under the Bali sun!). The proximity to the beach was also a huge plus, offering the best of both worlds. 👏Exceptional Service The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. From warm greetings to swift responses to requests, their attentiveness truly elevated the experience. Minor Drawbacks ⚠️ Toilet Drainage Smell We occasionally noticed a slight odor from the bathroom drainage, which was a bit off-putting. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it’s something the hotel might want to address. 🚿 Inconsistent Shower Temperature The water heat fluctuated a few times during showers, which was inconvenient, though manageable. We stayed at Jumeirah Bali from 21 to 24 June for a short getaway and had a wonderful time. We booked the Sunset Pool Villa, and upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with refreshing drinks while the staff handled our check-in.o We took the half board package and were very impressed by the food, great quality and generous portions. The staff throughout the resort were polite, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests. We also booked a day trip driver through the hotel. The car was clean and spacious, and the driver thoughtfully prepared cold drinks for us. He brought us to ATV and river tubing activities in Ubud, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Although the stay is on the pricier side, the service and experience made it worthwhile. We would definitely come back again.

The hotel is generally nice. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is very successful. The atmosphere in the restaurants is pleasant, although the venues are a bit expensive. Other than that, it’s impossible to use a stroller within the facility — there are no ramps and mostly stairs, so you don’t really have the option to use a stroller. Overall, we liked it.

Booked a pool access room for 7 days but on arrival was told it wouldn't be available for 3 nights. They said there was an issue with booking company (trip.com) not sure how accurate this was. Regardless we were vupgraded into a suite for the first 3 nights Room was beautiful, but a long way from the pools compared to the pool access room. Worst part was that we needed to find something to do between room changes for 5 hours. Hotel could do with a refurbish, looking a bit old, particularly the white crockery trolleys at breakfast that looked quite dirty, and filled with clean plates. Food was good at breakfast but didn't vary much over the 7 days. Eg: maybe guava or apple juice instead of pineapple and orange every day. Also pineapple in the fruit section would be great.

The location and amenities of the hotel is good. The service is average and a bit slow. When you need something, like flat iron, it is most of the time not available. The sound proofing of the room is not good, its quite noisy. We've stayed here for 9 nights at 4th floor and 2nd floor. The staff are friendly and approachable.
