I stay 2 day on 19/4 i got use them laundry bag go outside wash clothes then no bring back . 20/4 i got check out them charge extra me 6 USD . And noon 20/4 i got check in again stay 1 more day . 21/4 got check out and give back them the laundry bag . Them no give return and no refund money . 2 receptionists stood lauging talk to customers is money in company cant return paid cash maybe can return but bank in cant . And other said paid cash also cant refund because alr in to company . First time see got hotel charge the laundry bag .

Lovely hotel and surroundings, nice and peaceful. The rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. The reception staff are super helpful. We ate at the a la carte restaurant during our stay, the staff there were less attentive and over the three evenings we were there they forgot items on our order each evening and on our last evening we waited an hour for our food to arrive even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. The buffet breakfast was hectic but lots of choice.

This was the most charming accommodation throughout our tour of Vietnam. It was by the road but hidden behind its wall of greenery. Once inside, we were greeted by a spacious courtyard and garden filled with trees, plants, and beautiful rustic furnishings. The privacy it offered was definitely more desirable than other accommodations where their courtyards were open to full public view. In the night, the garden and courtyard were warmly lit and gave a very cozy feel. Our room was clean and faced the mountains, and it had a balcony with a table and chairs for guests to sip coffee and soak in the view and fresh air. We reached early and was given an early check-in as the room was available. Mr Xuan (the boss) and Ms Ha spoke very good English so communication was easy. The location of the villla couldn't be better. To one direction was the nature where we spent the most enjoyable time cycling through, and to the other was a 5-minute walk to town center for numerous shops and restaurants. The location was convenient, and so were the arrangements that Xuan and Ha made for us. They arranged the day tour to the places of interest that were further away, and also arranged our transport to our next destination. Very much a one-stop shop, very easy and smooth for us. Would definitely recommend friends to stay here

The hotel is located in a remote location, only in step-by-step access to Hang Mua. You can take bikes and get to Trang An Boat tpir. You can reach restaurants, 20 minutes walk. Breakfast is modest, good fruit choice. The biggest minus - in the room is poorly cleaned. The floors are dirty, in the bathroom, too dirty. Towels are already used enough. In the ant teapot, the teapot is old and rusty. The refrigerator is very loud, it is impossible to sleep at night. In January, the room is cold and dark. A beautiful view from an extra room in which it is impossible to be, as it blows very strongly out of the window. The staff is friendly.

Room rate is more than reasonable as the room is very big and location is very convenient. However, would be great if below few minor things can be taken into consideration: 1) Breakfast - both quality and choices need to be improved. 2) Room - no electricity at the electric sockets next to the bed…so I need to charge my phone with the socket under the desk instead. 3) Spa - would appreciate if they can extend closing time to 10pm!

The hotel was very comfortable and spacious and the room was very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. They have a store to buy products they themselves manufacture. It is in the middle street of the center of Tam Coc so it breathes quietly but knowing that in 5 minutes walk you have all the options to eat and book excursions or transport.

Good reviews, smooth check-in, clean and sanitary rooms, complete facilities, a pleasant stay. The noise from the kitchen can be heard in some rooms in the morning, but it basically does not affect rest.

The hotel is not big, but the environment is very good, the room is not big, and it is close to the house next to it, but it is very comfortable to live. We stayed for four nights in total, the meal was eaten at the hotel, and the baby liked the hotel's meal very much. You can ride a bike to play around, and there are far away attractions. I communicated with the front desk. They actually provided chartered business and the price was not expensive. The young lady at the front desk is so nice and very gentle. It's really a good memory.
