The room is decent and clean. The only downside is a little bit far away from Sendai Station, which is still a 5-minute walk. However, the path from the station toward the hotel is a little bit complicated compared with other hotels in the same area. But still, a great hotel to stay in.
Good location very near Sendai Station
Nice room & hotel decor is modern
Dining & shops around
I chose a queen bed room
I stay on the 15th floor (train platform side)
I think the other side facing the taxi stand may have better view
However one side of the bed is lower so not very comfortable
Air ventilation in toilet need to be improved especially the bath area
Breakfast is good I like the fresh kiwi vegetable juice & cold cut beef
One thing to improve in toilet (no hangers for clothes)
Very good location only few minute walk to Sendai station and Tsusujigaoka garden, which has very beautiful Sakura blossom. I love the Onsen. It is very clean and well equip.
Tourists who plan to go to Fox Village are recommended to stay in this hotel.
The hotel is right next to Shiroishi Zao Station, and the shuttle bus to the Fox Village (1,000 yen for adults and 500 yen for children) is also here.
There were not many seats on the shuttle bus, so we boarded the bus 20 minutes early for both the round trip.
Location is great, very close to the East exit of the train station. Good size room but housecleaning is a bit sloppy. Found hair on the bed and an unwanted hair band on the floor the day when we checked in. The front desk was very apologetic about it. Overall we are satisfied with the stay.
I booked this hotel because I read a friend's post saying that there was a beautiful view of the golf course outside the room. I checked in on the evening of the 4th. It was already dark when I arrived. The waitress at the front desk arranged a room on the 14th floor for me. As a result, the heating was not turned on in advance. It was very cold and there was a strong smell of cigarettes. What was even more terrifying was that the Guanyin statue was opposite the balcony. I immediately went downstairs to ask for a room change. At first, the waiter did not agree, saying that I accepted a smoking room when I booked. I said that the room faced the Guanyin statue. At that time, I thought that if they did not agree to change, I would admit my loss and look for another hotel. As a result, after negotiations, they finally agreed to change and gave me a room on the 9th floor. This time it was good. The room was heated in advance and it was a suite. When I got up on the morning of the 5th, Sendai had heavy snow. Because this hotel has a golf course, the snow scenery is super beautiful. This is a big surprise. When I got up on the 7th, it was sunny. Standing on the balcony, I found that the room was facing east. There was the sea in the distance. I could see the sun rising from the sea, shining brightly, and it was beautiful. It is really a resort hotel, much better than the hotels in the city center. The hotel room is large, the bathroom is worth a thumbs up, the hot water comes in seconds, the water flow is super strong, and the breakfast variety is relatively rich, with several Sendai specialties, but it is the same every morning. After staying for three nights, I moved to a hotel in the city.
It was easily accessible from Sendai Station and had plenty of amenities.
I heard there was construction going on, but there was no noise and it was comfortable.
The service was polite and they seemed to allow late check-ins. There was a convenience store nearby so it wasn't a problem. I'd like to use this hotel again when I come to Sendai.
There is free parking and the hotel is clean. The room was comfortable. satisfy.
But because I have eaten too many hotel dinners, I would rather go out for dinner than enjoy it in the hotel.
I really like this hotel. The details are very well done. It is very close to the airport and Meitianyuan subway station, and there is a Family Mart next to it. There is a welcome bar after check-in, and drinks such as water and juice are provided. The bath towel is more hygienic and comes with a clean plastic bag. There are even pillows of different heights to choose from. Various toiletries are provided. Although there are not many choices for breakfast, they are all delicious and of good quality. I feel that the water quality of the hot spring is better than the baths I took in Hokkaido. I can feel the flow of water. Although the pool is small, it is more comfortable than other hotels. Various reminders are well done, and the equipment is quite new. Anyway, I am quite satisfied. If I have the opportunity next time, I will choose again.

This is a very old hot spring hotel. The hotel rooms have a full sense of space and the scenery outside the window is pleasant. Visitors can enjoy the beauty of the entire hot spring area. It is cherry blossom season now, and the area is full of cherry blossoms, which makes people feel relaxed and comfortable!
The hotel offers a buffet for dinner. The buffet has a wide variety of styles and offers many types of sashimi, and they are very fresh! The point is that the hotel also provides long-legged crabs, which allows people to taste Sendai cuisine~~ Every guest is very happy~ There are multiple hot spring areas in the hotel, and the hot spring area is quite large, so tourists can relax their body and mind~~ Breakfast is convenient, it is a 10-point traditional Japanese buffet, which gives us many different experiences. We will definitely come again😌

IISsey MiYakeI love this hotel so much.
Room is super spacious and love the scent of this hotel once you step into this hotel.
Walking distance to many places such as Sendai Morning Market , donki donki, Japanese local restaurants and Sendai Station ( a bit far )
If you didn’t book breakfast here is fine too, there are some restaurant nearby early in the morning for English Breakfast or to go.
We drove our car here , however you need to pay JPY 1500 per day to park your car.
Reception is at 26th floor so once you park your car you need to take lift to lobby and from lobby take another lift to reception check in.

YyibangrenMy friend was visiting Matsushima for the first time. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, so we went to the accommodation early. The staff were very accommodating and helped us leave our luggage there, which was very helpful. Dinner was a half-buffet, but we were able to have as many refills as we wanted, including beef tongue and tempura, so we were very satisfied. We also enjoyed the buffet food and desserts to our heart's content.

法法拉周遊列國The location is within a few minutes walking distance from the Sendai Airport Line.
There are many department stores and restaurants nearby. It is very convenient for eating, shopping and playing.
It is around 5 minutes walking distance from Sendai Morning Market.
