This is exactly 5 Star Hotel 5 star location 5 star service. Due to my tiring journey, i am a bit moody upon check-in. It's just a silly mistake that's blown me out during check-in. Poor receptionists have to face the situations . Honestly, they are professional and manage to handle the situation. Congrats to the front office manager and general manager that you trained your staff well towards 5 star standards. Not to forget Ms Chantika guest service officers, you are amazing. You turned my anger to guiltily. Overall, the hotel service tip top 5 star , the location fantastic attached to the big mall that you can find everything there. Cleanliness superb. Even i just request for prayer mate they delivered with sarong which is well packed for hygiene purpose. The bed is pretty comfortable. I feel like I don't want to leave the room . From top management to the service staff, they are pretty humbled. Listen to your problem and take immediate action to get the hotel guest feel comfortable. Thank you for making my day .
Place is amazing! Friendly staff all around. Staff greeted with genuine warmth and make effort to know the guests. Was there for consecutive five bfasts, and towards the end, staff can serve you your favs as they have been attentive to the needs. Never had such experience before!
Location can be a little off the main areas but nothing too great that canโt be fixed with private hire transport.
This hotel has an abundance of amenities that one could spend hours there to enjoy what the place has to offer. My kid enjoyed fishing at the pond too!

Rooms were worse than the pictures would have you expect. Simple things like shampoo or hairdryer were not available. I had to upgrade to a better room as the first one had dampness in the walls, but even in the better room, windows were not possible to open. Staff was polite but overall experience was bad and not reflective of the price or pictures.
I am super happy during my stay in this hotel. I stayed in Junior suite, they have free mini bar and always refill it in the morning. This hotel also provide coffee capsul and its machine.
The location is perfect, just five minutes driving to East Lobby of Train Station and on Malioboro area.
For amenities, this hotel provide 3 in one liquid for soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
Their welcome snacks and drinks also quite generous with many choices.
Definitely, I would go back to this hotel when I visit Jogja. Thank you.
Rekomended hotel yg kids friendly bgt.. kaget bgt pas nginep disini semua staffnya ramah2 poll. Mulai dari satpam di depan lobby sampe semua petugas yg di dalam. Petugas yg jaga di area mini zoo juga ramah bgt kids friendly! Lokasinya strategis banget. Kalo malem buanyakk bgt yg jualan makanan jadi gak perlu bingung. Ini tuh kaya ada di kawasan elit gitu sih menurutku. Walaupun jalananya agak sedikit macet tapi gak kecewa sama sekali selama nginap disini. Ahhh pokoknya mau lagi sih nanti nginap disini lagi. Anakku seneng banget sampe gamau diajak pulang ๐ bismillah semoga dikasih rezeki lagi untuk bisa balik nginap disini lagi.. terimakasih fortuna grande pokoknya best banget pelayanannya๐ฅฐ
Highly recommended for families in transit. The hotel offers spacious parking, excellent service, and a convenient location near the ring road. The fitness facilities and swimming pool are also great.
excellent service, all the staffs are kind and helpful! the room is clean, the corridor is clean, bright and aesthetic with not too much deco. i'm just a bit unsatisfied with the pool because it's a bit dirty, many bugs in the water, and it doesn't cold enough. the food for breakfast was ok, not too many choices but still good because of their taste. i will recommend this hotel for those who need short transit from the airport because it's near.

Spacious, comfortable hotel room, with comfortable beds. Aircon & wifi connection is good. Toothbrushes & bottled water are provided. There's a microwave in the small kitchenette. Very quiet room as the room is facing a wall mural, no outside view. There is a small mall, Malioboro mall, beside the hotel. The entrance to the mall is just outside the lobby. There is big mall, Plaza Malioboro, about 5 min walk from the hotel. Just a walking distance to the souvenir shops, souvenir market & eateries, about 5-7 min walk. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast is good, with a wide variety. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

NNIKOLAII was looking which hotel to choose in Yogyakarta for sometime and decided to take this hotel because of its central location and quality. I can say that we liked everything and weโve been six people or two families of three each. Very convenient parking service for the car. Excellent breakfast and quality of rooms. There is also SPA Centre inside which should be reserved, but they provide really good quality local massage.
GGuest UserI had good stay as my room was well kempt, and windows were directly lighten up by the sunlight. However, in terms of amenities, i noticed that there was no iron and iron board. The refrigerator was broken as well and there was a conmecting door to the other room which i find it odd. Anyway, this experience did not affect me because of the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. I appreciate them contacting me to ask if they can clean as was in DND mode. Overall, i will still book again in this hotel for another opportunity of business travel

LLennyMale receptionist not helpful to resolve water issues in the hotel. 1 room was bad because the water runs out black and dirty. We had to call the manager to resolve but it took us a lot of effort to resolve. We are not the emotional type but his unfriendly attitude make us angry and impatient. Sorry please train your front desk people because they are the first time we meet.
I request for twin bed, he said I did not request. Attitude problem front staff, the male staffs.

GGuest UserStayed for 2 nights with family of 12 people with 6 rooms, very large hotel, good location, clean in the hotel area but the cleanliness in the room is very dirty, the sheets in my room (both beds) There are stains of drinks spilled and one of them are dirty stains on the ground, and then the sheets have stains of cleaning services, such as the cleaning service staff is not good. The bed linen that seems very dirty is not changed or not clean in washing I don't know, obviously it is very annoying to me. And one of my group, his hand squeezed the bathroom door until his two fingers bleed, the bathroom door that was hard to push open and close to it very annoying.. Then the door of the room is always problematic, can't be opened until we always find help to the rervice room every time we enter the room, I hope that the future the settlement (door) will be replaced or at least repaired, us have a lot of choices for breakfast.

GGuest UserRoom Is cleaned without any bad smell, shower water is hot, TV got many different channels, got small fridge and safe. All people working in the hotel are very friendly and easy to communicate in English. Location is about 20 minutes walked from Jalan Malioboro and Plaza Malioboro. Breakfast variation is limited, but it's enough for us. Overall, it's a pleasant stay for us.
