Had the best stay here while I am in puncak!!! In love with everything, the view, room, the facilities, Literally everything. They gave me a complimentary photoshoot as well. The minus point only the check in time regulation is too late, at 2pm.

Greeted by friendly staffs and my check-in was processed by employee of the year 2023 Agung. Indeed, he is very fast, clear and knowledgeable when explaining the terms and info. For the room, it was spacious. All is good but I thought the bedsheet and towels provided could be better (stains were found). Also, maybe if can provide rubbish bag for the bins so we won’t dirty the bin when we are disposing things. As for the breakfast, it was great; good spread of food and quality of the food was decent. I always looked forward for the breakfast during my stay here.

Super love everything about the hotel. We even extended 1 more night! Very comfortable. Family friendly place! We were short of luggage and asked if they can spare us a big empty box, they delivered right to our room. EVEN PROVIDED A TAPE WHICH WE DIDNT ASK. They went the extra mile. Will definitely love to come back here again if we're going to Bandung again.

We booked the hotel without having high expectations and we were extremely well surprised. The location is very good of course. The staff very professional and welcoming. And I think the biggest surprise was the facilities for the kids: all what kids can dream of in a such condensed place: pool, slides, sandboxes, kids club and even a mini zoo. Most of the activities are free of charge and other are at a very reasonable price just to support the staff I think. Also, we made very nice friends there as many conferences and events are run. It is a very convenient place to have a break inside the city especially for families with young kids.

For families, the dedicated kids' pool and kids' club with daily activities, along with amenities like a chessboard, billiard, and mini bird park, ensure entertainment for all ages. The direct access to Bandung Indah Plaza Mall is an added convenience, making shopping and dining effortlessly accessible.We were also incredibly impressed by the diligent housekeeping team. A particular thank you to the cleaning/housekeeping guy with glasses; his meticulous attention to detail in making up our room ensured a consistently clean and inviting environment throughout our extended stay. It's the hard work and dedication of individuals like him that contribute significantly to the overall comfort and satisfaction of guests.This visit held particular significance as Aryaduta Bandung proved to be the most strategic and closest hotel for the Pocari Sweat Run 2025. I have a few bad things I experience while staying at Aston Pasteur, Bandung: 1. The reception upon my check in just ask for my name without checking my booking details, directly told me that my booking was cancelled and I should received an email notification. But I do not receive any cancellation notice at all and this is not a funny thing to do after I arrived there all the way from Jakarta. After a moment, now the reception guy told the rooms are actually available. I mean what's with all the acts in the beginning, even if it was a mistake, it is a preventable mistake by checking far more properly before saying it was cancelled. 2. My room was in the 6th floor far away from elevator. However in the sunday morning, i can hear something like singing practice from a church hall with all the drums and singing voice, then later on the actual church service. It was very unpleasant, as I want to rest and sleep. 3. There are four lifts but so very slow and crowded, i have to wait over 10 mins just to go down during check out time, as the lift open with full of people.

They have the best view!! You can swim in a pool with a very beautiful mountain view! There's a jacuzzi and kids pool too. Breakfast is also very good. Indonesian, Japanese, Western, Arabian, everything was tasty! You can try some activities too, like ATV rides, archery, mini golf, etc. The staff was also helpful, they won't let you walk and have an always-ready free shuttle. You can also have brunch or dinner at the Club Huis or The Lake House, an aesthetic place to eat with an aesthetic forest view. Will definitely come back!

Overall is good. When we checked-in and entered the room, there was a fly. Hotel provides an electric mosquito repellent in each room. Breakfast is nice, there are Indonesian traditional foods such as bakso (meatballs noodle soup), chicken porridge, lontong sayur, mung beans and black glutinous porridge, jamu (herbal drinks), etc.

The hotel is quite clean, and the facilities are complete enough for a family staycation. Access to the toll gate is very close.
