We stayed in that recently opened hotel at the end of April. The location of the hotel is ideal! This is the Fatih area, usually noisy, but the hotel faces a small street closed for traffic. All the main sights of this side of Istanbul and Eminönü jetty are only 10 minutes away. The hotel is not a big, rooms look standard, but they have enough space (we stayed in a Standard room). End of course it’s very nice everything is absolutely new. There is a kettle, some kind of tea, bottles of water in a room. We prefer to have breakfast outside but the hotel also serve it on the terrace. I especially want to mention Elif, who works at the reception. She helped me with a difficult situation, responded quickly and efficiently. I am sure next time I will stay in Livro hotel again.

The hotel is particularly exquisite. No matter the facilities, services, dining, etc., it is very attentive and the details are very good! The decoration style of the room is very consistent with my aesthetic. I will recommend it to more friends! The hotel is located in Buda, Budapest. It is very convenient to the Fisherman's Bastion, the Royal Palace, and the Elizabeth Bridge. Next door is a large shopping mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There is a park downstairs, and it is especially comfortable to walk in the morning and evening! Stayed for many days in a row!

From Zagreb station, take the tram 2 or 6 and the stop is not painful if you get off at the Zagreb bus station. This is good if you want to take advantage of the Zagreb bus station. There is no breakfast (you can procure it because there is a 24-hour bakery at the bus station), but you can substitute it because there is a kettle and a pack of tea and coffee and sticks. Instant soup and cup noodles are also good at the supermarket. Wi-Fi is strong and stress-free. There is air conditioning so you can deal with the heat of summer or off-season. The facilities are brand new so you can spend very cozy.

The hotel is very new and the room design is also unique. Although the room is not big, the facilities are new and very interesting. The breakfast is rich and suitable for Asian tastes. The hotel is the tallest building in the area and the scenery is also good. It is about 35 minutes walk from St. Mark's Basilica. Suitable for friends who like to walk. If you want to be closer to the city center, you can consider Westin and Sheraton. There is a very delicious restaurant near the hotel.

Stayed here 2 nights on our way from Copenhagen, Denmark to Dubrovnik, Croatia. At arrival we were greeted by an efficient and professional receptionist. We’d not been sure about parking facilities but it turned out to be the best possible. Just by the hotel with easy entrance directly to the hotel elevator. And the offered charging for electric cars! 16 euros pr night (excluding charging of course). Our room was on the 19th floor with amazing view over the city. The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning extremely silent but efficient. It was also possible to open the windows for fresh air during the nights. The pool on the top floor was quite crowded the day we arrived but looked very nice and on the second day it actually rained so we missed to try it out. But we did take advantage of the fitness facilities that. Are pretty decent for a hotel standard.

I recommend this hotel as it is very well placed to wander around Zagreb. It is clean, very good breakfast and the staff not just friendly but very helpful. When you have had a wonderful holiday it is always easy to write a good review but my review is based upon yes a lovely holiday but it had to be cut short by five days - I got quite ill and had to return to London. The response by staff could not have been better or more kind. Not only did they help me get organised to leave but they also waived the cost of the 5 days. They did not have to do this but chose to help and support me. So I cannot speak more highly of this Hotel and its staff. And thank them so very much for making this difficult time more manageable fr me. So this review in not simple about the physical attributes of this very well placed hotel but evolves from the leadership and priorities of the Hotel and staff to fundamentally serve its customers. We stayed 4 nights at hotel. The hotel is conveniently located with around 10 minutes walk to bus terminal. Thus, it’s a good choice for those travelling by bus to Plitvice Lakes, Split, etc. Room size is good. Mattress is firm enough (maybe it’s quite new). There are USB plug nearby the desk. Overall, our stay were comfortable except the shower water pressure not strong enough and the super super noisy air-conditioning. It would automatically switch off and on. We need to keep fixing it manually many times. Anyway, this was addressed to front desk upon check out. Bottles of water was available in room, but chargeable at €3 each (very expensive!).

The President of Turkey was visiting at the same time and although some side streets were closed we eventually arrived to the garage. This did not affect the service of the staff as they were just as helpful as usual. The decor of the hotel is very attractive and the room was very clean. The breakfast is amazing with a huge selection of breakfast foods as well as cooked items, cakes, vegetables, etc. You can be reassured if an item is left in the room from your trip it will be taken to the from office and reported. We forgot our passports and my jewelry in the safe only to discover them when we tried to check in Rovinj. The front office had tried to call us however we did not have service driving over the mountain. We returned to pick them up and everything was accounted there. What an awesome hotel!

Great surprise for us and very good value for money! Staff was super nice and helpful, took 5 mins to go through the map and recommended places to go. Room is compact but is everything you need - it looks so new and clean assuming it has just been renovated. Shower temperature was good for summer but might not be warm enough in winter if don’t turn on the heater. Very big desk if that’s useful for you. 15 mins walk from the train station and nearest shopping mall, and another 15 mins walk to reach city centre. Free parking in front of the hotel.
