Hotel Lero
Hotel Lero was a great choice during my time in Dubrovnik. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff were welcoming, and the breakfast had a nice variety. It’s a short walk or quick drive to both the Old Town and the boat port, which made getting around really easy. Would happily stay again!
The location of the hotel is very good, close to the sunset beach. (In fact, Dubrovnik is a gravel beach) Our three-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments are on the 6th floor. They are sea view rooms, and you can watch the sunset while lying on the bed. The interior facilities of the apartment are good, and more importantly, the first floor of the apartment is fully equipped with supermarkets, restaurants and cinemas. It is worth mentioning that the staff here is very friendly. The two restaurants she recommended to me are very good. The recommended tourist routes and transportation skills are very professional. 👍 one.
Made a cancellable, last-minute reservation here when our flight out of Dubrovnik was delayed. Staff were very pleasant, rooms were spacious, and breakfast was fantastic. There was an issue with water when we arrived that maintenance needed to attend to but it was resolved in a few hours and the hotel was generous about offering to fully reimburse our stay if, worst case, the issue was not resolved.
Modern, clean, great location in Lapad, with easy access to major sights in Dubrovnik.
Room and bathroom amenities could have been better - quite basic.
The room is very good and the landlord is very nice.
The location is in the old city, very convenient, it is recommended to live here, you can see the old city at night after playing during the day.
Remember to download whats app, the landlord will contact you on it, the check-in process and positioning are very clear.
Absolutely a wonderful hotel all around. The buffet breakfast was extraordinary with so much to offer. What is exceptional about this property that I learned once we got there was how they have an Asian spa version of rooms in their spa. They have a salt room, steam room, igloo room, a turkish bath, indoor pool, warm pool, cold pool, rainforest shower ... we went to the pool and in the sea off the cliffs everyday and it was just wonderful. At night they had live entertainment. One of the best hotels in the wrold!
This hotel has a great view~ There is also an infinite pool
The view from here is amazing. However, I chose a standard room
So the view from the room was completely ruined ㅠㅠ I think it would be good to check the view when choosing a room~ Also
The hotel seems a bit old, so it feels a bit old~
The room was a bit cold ㅠ
However, the view from outside is amazing, so if you choose a good room, you will be satisfied.
We booked this for one night in Dubrovnik, only 5 minute walk from the bus station, this was perfect for us as we were coming from Budva and leaving the next day to Split with Flixbus. To get into the Dubrovnik old town you also need to get the bus at the bus station so made it very convenient for us. The place was very clean, check in easy and smooth. For the price this place is fantastic.
Os quartos estavam inacabados e eram um pouco desajeitados. Também se ouvia muito barulho quer do corredor quer dos quartos ao lado.
Nota positiva para o atendimento da rececionista.

Great
SSeat 2AAlthough this hotel is situated quite some distance from the Old Town this is not a bad thing at all. Insect I very much appreciated being removed from the thick crowds and noise, and very much enjoyed the peace and tranquility and spectacular sea views from this wonderful resort. Definitely worth paying extra for a c facing room, for breathtaking panoramas day and night.
My room was elegantly decorated and very comfortable, with ample space for everything although a luggage rack or designated space for luggage would enhance overall comfort greatly.
Staff were generally helpful and polite, with special mention to Matija the Restaurant Manager, who, despite handling large volumes of customers, remained unfailingly cheerful and energetic.
The breakfast buffet was very generous by European standards, whilst the dinner buffet selection was also more than adequate and quite good value at 35 Euros per person.
As mentioned in previous reviews, a bus connects the Babin Kuk area (where the Royal Ariston and her neighboring sister hotels, the Royal Princess, Royal Blue, Royal Palm and Neptun are situated) to the Old Town. If you purchase the 40 Euro Dubrovnik City pass, discovers one day worth of this bus travel plus access to the city walls and its museums.
Cannot recommend this resort highly enough and look forward to my return.

GGuest UserA Great place to stay.
We were pleasantly suprised by the access to 6 different pools on arrival to our hotel including 1 on the rooftop. The amenities were so good. There was a lovely gym, spa on site also with access to all. Breakfast was great each morning.
The location was perfect, right on the bay with great views, and the perfect view of the sunset each night.
There was a bus stop just a 2 minute walk away, which was just a €2 trip to Old Town.
The staff were friendly, more so those in the Vista Bar who were very helpful than at the reception but nevertheless, still friendly.
Rooms were nice and clean, cleaned every morning for us to arrive to fresh bedsheets by each afternoon.
Only negatives i can really find was that there were no double beds in the rooms, only 2 single beds joined together to lake a double, I had called and the man at reception said this was the case for the whole hotel.
Entertainment at night could have been better also, we found ourselves leaving the hotel each night to find better.

CCarpe diem TaniaHotel at the end of the bay, along the promenade. Magnificent private beach of the hotel.
Very spacious room and furnished in a refined way with great taste. Very efficient and professional room staff.
Hearty and varied breakfast. Beautiful presentation. But where the only thing missing was fresh fruit juices. The staff at breakfast lacked attention and vigilance towards the customers (plates not cleared, lack of responsiveness for setting up a new table, ...)
The reception at the reception lacked professionalism for a 5-star establishment.
Very beautiful wellness area (unfortunately throughout the 7-night stay neither the bio sauna nor the steam bath were in working order).
The common areas were majestic and very clean.
AALBLUWII had the best hotel experience during my stay in Dubrovnik. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Ms. Dine (or Jane) — she was absolutely wonderful, proactive, and a true asset to the team. I sincerely congratulate the hotel for having her.
The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable — 100%. The location was also perfect — 100%. Services were of a very high standard.
Breakfast was a joy, and the restaurant team was outstanding. They greeted every guest warmly and genuinely helped make each morning a pleasant start to the day.
Everything about this hotel was exceptional. I will definitely return, and I strongly recommend staying here. It’s truly worth every cent.

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, and it only takes 4 or 5 minutes to walk to the old town. It is especially suitable for people who don't have much time to stay in Ducheng. The hotel is beautiful inside, with high-rise buildings, classical style, and grand atmosphere. The details are very beautiful. The breakfast is perfect, recommended!

EEllyOverall it is up to Hilton standards, but it is a bit far from the ancient city. Maybe because of the distance, there is free parking. The outdoor pool was a little cold for the kids this season, but the indoor small pool and spa were quite nice. This is not a beach, it's all pebble beach, not really suitable for playing in the water, but it's OK for a stroll at night
