"This is a good choice when I made my booking to an unknown city. Location wise so near to main attraction such as Louyang Ancient City. It does not sit exactly in the main street so you have to walk a bit roughly 200m inside. With luggage maybe found bit difficulty as uneven stone pathway to the hotel. Though this should not dampen your mood for staying here. I got ground floor. I guess those without balcony were given groud floor. It have high floor to ceiling window/sliding door facing the main pathway. Can't really open the curtain then everyone pass though will see you. Upper floor should not have this issue. There this side upright chair/cusyen where one can just sit and lounge around eating all the snack one just bought outside the street. TV is big I do not have time to watch any. I think tis the subscription version. All necessary amenities is available. 🤷 There's washing machine but only operational 10am to 10pm and I didn't have time to use it. Ground floor may have issue with sound as I can hear upstairs things moving around but I'm so tired from all day walk so this just temporary nuisance. All in all I highly recommend this place if the area you intended to visit is around the hotel."

GGuest UserOur stay at Luoyang Banshan Siji Hot Spring Hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Luoyang. The hotel corridors are brand new, and the rooms are fully equipped, offering an extremely high level of comfort. The butler service was exceptionally attentive and responsive, even arranging car services for us, so we didn't have to worry about transportation at all. The infinity pool was the absolute highlight. The views were completely unobstructed, offering panoramic vistas of the surrounding mountains. Watching the sunset paint the sky crimson in the evening was breathtaking. If you're looking for attentive service and a chance to truly relax amidst nature, this is definitely the top choice in Luoyang. We'll be back!

AAnonymous UserHygiene: The hygiene was exceptionally poor. I arrived quite late and went straight to bed. The next morning, I woke up with my whole body itching. When I pulled back the covers, I saw a lot of skin flakes at the foot of the bed! It was incredibly dirty. Beneath the scent of the detergent on the sheets, there was a strange, acrid smell. The other bed in the twin room didn't have this issue. The picture shows one large skin flake; I cleaned up the smaller ones myself. I was shocked when I saw it. My exposed skin has been itching for days, even after applying medicine. Two of the complimentary bottled water bottles provided by the hotel were placed on the sink in the bathroom. Given that there were already two bottles on the minibar, why put another two in the bathroom sink? I personally found that a bit unhygienic. I hope the hotel changes the bedsheets for each guest. Service: The front desk staff and other services were quite good. Breakfast: The breakfast selection was rich and varied.

GGuest UserThis place was surprisingly comfortable and a great stay! First, let me share about the thoughtful touches in the bathroom: they provide hair clips, small hair ties, cotton swabs, band-aids, and disposable paper cups. The most thoughtful part is that they replenish sanitary pads daily – such a warm gesture. Next, the morning music alarm was so uplifting; I'd find myself dancing while getting ready. The playlist is fresh, trendy, and enjoyable. Now, about the room environment: the cleaning staff would come in promptly every day to clean and would always ask if anyone was sleeping, trying their best not to disturb guests. I observed that they definitely change everything out after each guest, and it was always very clean and timely. I also want to share that each room is equipped with fire safety equipment, including emergency lighting and breathing apparatus – something many hotels don't offer. Their fire safety awareness is excellent! Finally, for leisure and entertainment, they have a separate vanity room, a library, a fitness area, a pool table, a mahjong machine, and a lounge and dining area. What I loved most was the cinema room. During my stay, I'd order takeout every evening and relax in the lobby, watching movies while eating. It was incredibly relaxing. I also want to mention the customer service staff – they would check in daily to ask about my stay and were always very helpful in resolving any issues. Very good! Their management is also very organized! When to clean, when to play music, the cleaning procedures – everything is very clear, and the check-in briefing was very detailed. Anyway, you'll know once you stay there! I highly recommend it and hope they open branches in other cities too.

JJuujuuHuUpon arrival, I was amazed on how quiet and clean the space were, took countless photos and couldn't dare to mess the space up, but I had to. It was such a lovely welcome with a flower (fake) on the bed, such a nice prop if you plan to take pictures with the lovely soft light coming from the window. Location is very convenient, close to the metro and buses, being right at the entrance of the 丽景门, going places was ideally. Foods and milk tea stores were downstairs less than 5min walk away. 15-20min you would had reach the end of the night market from the hotel. The room was clean and neat. If solo travel or couple traveller, it would be least of an issue, but if travelling with your friend, I must say the main door to the bathroom do need a little cover up as it is just a glass door. The bed was comfy, the pillow was the right height and firmness. I love the big space that's worth the price. I felt so space in this little hotel, the owners were so kind and friendly, vey lovely service too. In conclusion: i would come back here when I'm in Luoyang again.

PPeter_LiuWe had a great stay at Yinxiang 37 Homestay during our visit to Yuntai Mountain. The location was very convenient (100m away) for exploring the Yuntai Mountain, making it a great location for anyone wanting to visit the park. The homestay is run by a local family who were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.The room was clean, tidy and spacious, which made our stay very comfortable. They helped by walking with us and helping us get tickets to Yuntai Mountain Park and also gave us bottled water, which made the whole process much easier. They also helped us with laundry and were always happy to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was simple and tasty. Overall, we highly recommend Yinxiang 37 Homestay for anyone visiting Yuntai Mountain who is looking for a comfortable, clean and spacious stay with kind and genuinely helpful hosts.

ÁÁlvaro MendivilEverything was amazing, the hotel was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better, especially Wang Jing who could speak English and helped us with translation. They even let us use the hot springs and pool after our checkout. The restaurant served delicious food at a very comfortable price. I stayed in a Mongolian type room and it was a great experience, very clean and confortable. I will definitely come back!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is great, right next to Gulou Night Market, and from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room, you can see Daxiangguo Temple. It's also not far from Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, about 2-3 kilometers, and a taxi ride costs less than 10 RMB. The room is exceptionally spacious and very clean, with complete facilities including a smart toilet, Tmall Genie (smart speaker), massage chair, bathtub, and a large projector. The hotel even provides bathtub liners, bubble bath liquid, foot soaking tubs, and heated eye masks. After a tiring day of sightseeing, you can come back to the room, get a massage, take a bath, or soak your feet to relax. During the day, the lobby offers watermelon and small snacks, and in the evening, there are cocktails and late-night supper. The service is very warm and welcoming; whether it's the front desk staff or the cleaning aunties, everyone is always smiling and ready to help. I'm very satisfied with this trip!

GGuest UserThe room was great, and the front desk staff even helped upgrade our room type. It was a shame I didn't get admitted to China University of Mining and Technology back in 2019, especially since they had the alumni association sign right at the hotel entrance, haha. From the hotel's rooftop, you can enjoy a beer and the breeze while admiring Mingtang, Tiantang, and Yingtianmen. The breakfast was also plentiful, especially with lots of *huladong* (spicy soup) and beef. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

GGuest UserLet's start with the positives: This is an older, established hotel. While the facilities show their age, many small details highlight their service philosophy. For example, the 'Whim Card' lists numerous small items they can provide, which is very comprehensive. The TV remote control was disinfected and packaged. The mini-fridge contained local, classic sodas. This shows that their overall service is on point. The room was spacious enough and I didn't notice any major issues with cleanliness. Breakfast was abundant and very good. Now for the negatives: The facilities definitely need an upgrade. The computer still runs on Windows 7, and the software versions are even older. It should just be removed, there's really no need for it to be there. I suggest repairing the bathroom and faucets. The switch for diverting water between the bathtub and the showerhead isn't properly sealed; when you run the bath, the showerhead drips everywhere. The same issue exists with the shower itself. Also, the air conditioning refilled water at night. The gushing sound around 11 PM startled me; I thought there was a leak. It could easily be refilled during the day instead.
