Very poor apartment. NO hot water, all desstroyed

We stayed at Villa Katarina in Lapad during the first two weeks of May 2024, and it was an incredible experience. The views from our first-floor apartment were breathtaking, making our stay truly special. The location was perfect—just a 10-minute walk to the beach and local restaurants, and equally close to the nearest supermarket and bus terminal. Granted, there are a number of stairs and it is up a hill, but as a keen hillwalker, this was straightforward. But it may not be for others. We also enjoyed leisurely walks to the Old Town, which took about 45 minutes. The two young women managing the place were exceptionally pleasant, helpful, and hardworking. The apartment was spotless, and the pool area provided a great place to relax. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely return. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the sunset beach. (In fact, Dubrovnik is a gravel beach) Our three-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments are on the 6th floor. They are sea view rooms, and you can watch the sunset while lying on the bed. The interior facilities of the apartment are good, and more importantly, the first floor of the apartment is fully equipped with supermarkets, restaurants and cinemas. It is worth mentioning that the staff here is very friendly. The two restaurants she recommended to me are very good. The recommended tourist routes and transportation skills are very professional. 👍 one.

房間很大很舒服，空調常開很涼快，隔音很好，雖然外面人來人往，但是很安靜。入住很方便，按照給的説明，很方便。 民宿位置非常好，就在古城最中心的位置，機場下了大巴走過來五分鐘。杜城古城不大 但是平地真的不多，衹有最中間有點平地，要不就得爬台階。這家不需要爬台階，非常的難得!還有就是，逛累了，隨時回來休息或者換個衣服，不要太方便。有冰箱灶台鍋具，我煮了點意麪吃。 還要給攜程點贊，我之前訂了古城外的民宿，但是由於民宿後台原因後來取消了，攜程給我安排了這家，位置和條件都好很多，並且，攜程負責了差價!非常好的一次旅程，點贊攜程

Fantastic well appointed apartment in a beautifully renovated historic building in the heart of the old city. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the top (third) floor of the building. The flat had a lounge, dining area and kitchenette with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and sandwich toaster. There were air conditioning units in both the living area and bedrooms. We had a lovely view over the rooftops towards the hills to the north east of the city. There is also a washing machine and drier that are free for guests to use. We had good communications with the hotel via email. The building is a 5 minute walk from Pile Gate and there is no lift so it wouldn’t be suitable for someone with limited mobility.

Although it is a bit far from the old town, it is still very convenient for self-driving. The hotel is very new and the scenery is nice. I could have given it full marks, but the attitude of the waiter at the hotel's seaside bar at night was really bad, so in order to avoid unpleasantness, it is recommended not to stay in the hotel. Consumption, in addition, as a five-star hotel, I found that the sofa bed was not covered with sheets at 10 o'clock in the evening, and the three people who had reserved it had to make the bed themselves. When I contacted the hotel, I was informed that the waiter would get off work at 10 o'clock. After Ctrip customer service coordinated, the hotel The front desk had to quietly bring the bed sheets, which was really weird service. However, the waiters in the breakfast restaurant had very good attitudes, which is worthy of praise.

4ème étage dans ascenseur, le check-in est un peu compliqué mais sinon appartement au top bien placé avec tout ce qu'il faut.

とにかく、チェックインの場所が見つからず（というか最初はチェックインと泊まる場所が違うのも気づかずかなりタイムロスした）まず苦戦。 あと建物の最上階（4階くらい？）までの階段がきつい。特に最後のひと登りが毎回つらくこれは慣れることはなかった。 WiFiの弱さ、トイレの非独立性、エアコンの弱さなどツッコミどころは満載だが、3泊もするとなんとなく対応できてしまっている自分。

The owner introduced me to the recommended restaurant and was very kind. It was very good that it was easy to contact the transfer.

My trip to Croatia before this apartment was abysmal, but the apartment completely changed my mood and trip in general. People including the owner of the property are so helpful, and the status of the room was fantastic. Everything is so organized and clean. The best room in the area!

This place is fabulous book it you won’t regret it,it’s modern,super clean,fabulous comfy big bed,the new pool and pool area is stunning,very pretty,the hosts are wonderful so friendly and so dedicated to there property,everything and more you need there,microwave,sandwich maker,electric,kettle,hob,fridge,dishwasher,small bathroom with lovely shower and a laundrette in basement.Location it’s on a small road in a residential area about a 40 minute walk to cavtat harbour however about 7 minutes walk on left side of road from villa key going up the hill is a bus stop into cavtat or get a Uber 6 euros,on the other side of the road going down the hill is bus stop to Dubrovnik,about 5 mins walk is a supermarket then another 2 minutes on is a Restuarant pizzas are great the owners aren’t smiley but food was good,so supermarket and Restuarant both near villa key.We went on a full day trip to Montenegro which the border was only 20 minutes away we went to Kotor which was beautiful and did the boat trip a extra 10 euros each to the lady island where there’s a lovely church,We did another day trip to Bosnia again not far from the border we visited Mostar which is a old town it was lovely and kravice waterfalls which are stunning,Dubrovnik airport is 10 minutes taxi ride away 15 euros,this was a great holiday we loved it and loved villa key it was a great base for everything,book it you won’t regret it,we had relaxing days round the pool or in the harbour in cavtat and went to Bosnia for the day and Montenegro for a day trip if you use get your guide for excursions they pick you up at the bus stop 7 minutes walk away from villa key on the main road a easy walk,for Dubrovnik bus cross the road it’s opposite the Restuarant or cavtat bus is on your nearest side don’t cross the road it’s by the kiosk that sells drinks etc.ENJOY the apartments are fabulous cannot fault it there.
