Nothing bad to say! We opted for the one bedroom pool view apartment and it was lovely, spacious and well equipped! The room and bathroom was clean with a lovely waterfall type shower. Bed did the job for 3 nights. Pool was clean and non heated as expected from reading previous reviews. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

First floor unit. Smells of mildew/mold, including the bed sheets. spiders in the corners of the bedroom and a noticeable gnat problem. Bedroom lights also don’t work, It’s a shame because the staff seems so nice! They were the sweetest people, and were willing to accommodate extra people! just the first floor rooms need moisture and pest solutions. The WiFi also cuts off if you try to access it from the bedroom.

We have rented two very similar apartments for 3 nights with a group of friends. The apartments are in line with the description. The structure has no reception, a code is reported to enter. The last night before the departure, one of the apartments' codes did not work: I wrote several times at Ola's call center, they re-established the code three times, but there was nothing to do. I asked them to send me somebody to solve, somebody with the keys, and we had the bitter surprise at this point: Ola has no collaborator on the ground! Incredible! They are all managing at a distance. In view of the situation (it was midnight and we were out of home, without baggage and tomorrow morning we had the flight) we contacted the municipal police: they said they couldn't do anything. Then the firefighters: they said they couldn't do anything without the police's permission. Fortunately, we continued to digit the code and the door was opened at the end. We remained closed out from 2230 to 1.30. A non-qualified behavior of the manager, who, moreover, sent us a list of hotels where we could spend the night, but telling us that we should have gone to see if they were in place! Furthermore, after having assured by telephone that they would have paid back last night, they only paid half (€70). My advice is to avoid these apartments: you must cross your fingers and hope that everything goes in the right direction, because if there is any problem you will be left alone, without any help.
