A warm welcome with Moroccan tea, and staff very friendly, everyone who works in the hotel greets you, The breakfast buffet was very extensive paint sprayer, Moroccan tea, chefs so professionals you are asked with a smile what kind of fried eggs you want nice swimming pool, only the coffee was bad not drinkable everyone left their coffee standing, you could also drink coffee or tea in your room, but there was no milk powder I don't drink coffee without milk, the last one I almost had to pay Tourist tax while I already told Trip .com had been paid on the voucher including all taxes, later that was resolved and had a really nice day.

Staying at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout was a fantastic experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the lake. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The hotel's amenities, including the well-equipped fitness center, added extra comfort to my stay. The location was perfect for both relaxation and exploration, making my visit memorable and enjoyable.

We booked a last-minute package holiday to this hotel for a very reasonable price of £950 per person with easyJet. This turned into even better value when we experience the actual holiday itself and included a special event on Christmas Eve. On arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff and this continued throughout the stay. The hotel was spotless; the staff were constantly mopping the pool area and clearing away used glasses. There was a great selection of sunbeds available, and you didn’t need to be down too early to get a good spot either. However, if you manage to get one of the sofas then you get a great view of the sunset at the end of the day. The food selection was fine but could’ve been slightly better. For breakfast, the only thing I really liked was the omelette which was more than enough for the day, but don’t expect bacon, sausage etc. lunch was probably my favourite as they had a nice slow cooked beef each day, and the chicken shawarma on certain days was delicious. For evening meals, there was a wide selection of meat and fish available, but there could’ve been slightly more accompaniments. It would be to get in well before the end of service time as they are pretty hot at clearing up straight away. The all inclusive drinks are local brands, which suited me fine as there was plenty of beer, wine, and gin available. You can buy better known brands but you have to pay extra for these. Overall, a fantastic holiday and a great place to switch off for a week or so. Perfect weather and a lovely hotel with great views looking out to sea. Shoutout to Hassan to coffee man who was so welcoming each morning! Would definitely recommend!

Our favorite place in taghazout.The moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Everyone was always ready to assist with anything we needed, and their positive attitude made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were super clean and well-maintained. The food was also fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options to suit everyone’s tastes. A special shoutout goes to Aicha, one of the cleaning staff, her kindness was evident in everything she did. She truly embodies the excellent service. A special thanks to Fadwa in kids club. she's a person who truly loves children, she's very kind and friendly. My kids enjoyed a lot with her. Thank you Fadwa ♥️

Facilities: The facilities in the room are relatively old, and the soundproofing is indeed not very good, but other hotel facilities such as the gym are good Food: Both meals are buffets, the quality is OK, breakfast is basically the same, dinner changes every night, there is barbecue, I recommend ordering beef liver! Lunch is paid, the taste is average...
