Hotel location is good......Common areas are well maintained however the rooms are not as reflected in photograph on the website....Restaurant is not well ***aged although the staff is good but I feel there is a lot of scope for improvement. ...Buffet breakfast is good....Biryani taste was good....Food in general was good...Had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the hotel staff to transfer my luggage from room during checkout.....There was a lot of difference between the price as mentioned on trip.com and directly with hotel.....Trip.com was less for the same Privilege Suite....

Excellent Resort, away from the city rush. The rooms and Bathrooms are clean, Jaya ji at the reception was always helpful. Overall we had a 3 night pleasant stay, with a beautiful view.

This was the second time I stayed at the Savoy! It's definitely my home in the hills!!! I simply love the old world charm of the property! Kartik at reception, the servers at the restaurant & the housekeeping staff, everyone goes out of their way to give you the best experience. She greeted me with a traditional welcome, a refreshing drink, and a bright smile at checkin. she ensured I had everything I needed, particularly during breakfast. Her dedication to her work and genuine enthusiasm for making guests feel welcome are truly commendable. I greatly appreciate Shweta's activeness.My third-floor room offered a stunning view that exceeded my expectations. The room itself was well cleaned, and I was impressed with the hotel's amenities.Kudos to Chef Vijay for sharing a fantastic recipe! His passion for cuisine is truly inspiring.We enjoyed the evening tea tasting, which was expertly presented by the friendly staff. We would really Appreciate the warm welcomes from the reception team every time we arrived. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, which was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The vegetable farm on site was also impressively kept. The beautiful surroundings and warm hospitality made this truly attractive destination. The checkout process was extremely efficient and rapid, making our Checkout seamless and hassle-free. Special thanks to the night security guard for his kind wishes. Sorry I didn't catch his name. A huge thank you to the whole team for an amazing stay! You all went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home.

I had an amazing stay at the Hillside Cottage. The rooms were very clean and quite spacious. There is hot water available 24/7. Each room is provided with a electric kettle and tea/coffee available on request. All the major tourist attractions are in near proximity. Highly recommended for families interms of safety and secure. The owner of the stay Mr. Dhanabalan was very kind, helpful and suggested places to visit. The restaurants are little far, but food app like zomato, swiggy is available. Care must be taken as the roads to the stay is very steep. Car parking is available. The price of the hotel is reasonable.
