Good location and nice king size bed room
Just wifi needs to pay and free for Marriott member only
I am the Marriott member but during the check out , it charges me wifi fee , after discussion, then it was waived as I am the member , I would suggest to
Offer free wifi for hotel customers as this is very common in all other high class hotels

The service of the cleaning and catering staff was very good.
However, the front office staff was not very professional. I booked two rooms for my family and me for 7 nights initially and then extended for another 3 nights under another booking. I was confirmed by the receptionist on 2 occasions that I didn't need to check out and could stay in the same room. However, in the evening of the 8th night, we were told that we had not done any checkin for the 2nd booking even though we have got new keys to the 2 rooms that morning. It was such a mess and we had doubts to the security of this hotel.
Besides, one of the rooms was smelly and we needed to turn the temperature of the room to around 20 degrees so that the smell was not so obvious.

I’m a big fan of the Canopy brand in general, but I have a hard time loving this particular Canopy. It seems like it’s designed more to look great than to be great. For example, the electric controls next to the bed are unnecessarily complicated— there’s about 9 buttons to control different lights and shades and things, and it isn’t easily usable. You have to hunt through all of them and try to remember the difference between the sconce light and the halo. It’s needlessly complex and that makes it harder to use. There is also a motion-activated night light under the bed, so if you get up in the middle of the night, it shines a light for you, which isn’t great if your partner if sleeping or even if you yourself want to try to go back to sleep. The night light is hyper sensitive, so it activates even if you just lay in bed and dangle your leg down. And there’s no way to disable it. If you don’t want lights going off every time you get out of bed, you have to shove a pillow under the bed to block the motion sensor or cover up the light. I love the filtered water/ice stations (one of my favorite parts about canopy hotels!) but the ones I used here seemed a lot more temperamental than others. You have to hold your water bottle at exactly the perfect angle before water will dispense, but since there’s no instructions, you have to poke around til you figure it out. There’s no little shelf in the shower stall, so if you bring your own toiletries, you have to either put them on the shower floor or balance them on top of the wall-mounted toiletry bottles. I also didn’t love that there’s no door on the bathroom and only frosted glass around the toilet cubicle. The bed was great — very comfy — and the blackout shades were an excellent touch. Very convenient location, close to the subway. And the decor is beautiful, very sleek and bright. It just all feels like it was designed without any context of how a guest will actually interact with all these things.

We stayed at Sheraton for 3 nights, we came at 2:20pm and were able to check in. We had a room with the view to the square. Everything was clean, we had all necessary amenities in the room. Room was cleaned every day, as well as towels were changed, the bed was made and bottled water was provided. We've booked the room with breakfasts, that was a good decision, they were big and delicious! The swimming pool and gym area is also nice, they provide towels. At the time of check in they take a deposit ($100 per night) and return once the room is checked by them at check out. Location is amazing, walking distance to all downtown attractions, 5 minutes to subway. There are two options of parking: 1) valet parking ~ $70/day and they can charge your car (if it's an electric one), no additional fee for charging or 2) public parking which is located right under the hotel for ~$30/day + additional fee to charge a car.
To sum up - it's a nice place to stay!

The hotel was fantastic, great location and great facilities. The staff were also top class, extremely helpful and polite. Nathaly on reception ensured we were not only up to date of what the hotel could offer but provide a city map and pointed out lots of areas of interest for us to explore. Matthew in the concierge team was equally helpful and polite, leading use directly into the subway from the hotel to prevent us needing to carry heavy cases down the steep steps at the external entrance. Many thanks for helping make Toronto a great experience.

It was such great over there, the only thing they need to do to work more for room maintenance, the shower room is leaking water to the washroom floor.
Thanks

I stayed here during the Toronto International Film Festival and I don't ever want to stay anywhere else. The location is ideal; the service is impeccable; the rooms are spacious, well-designed, and spotless; and the food is to die for. Upon check in, I was upgraded to a Junior Suite, which made my weeklong stay all the more comfortable. The bathtub, Japanese toilet, and views were the most impressive part of the room. As I got settled, I texted the front desk for additional hangers, and they arrived almost immediately. We had drinks at the bar that night, which were spot on. Every morning, I stopped by the cafe for a croissant, which was always fresh and delicious. Sleeping was heavenly in the massive bed and the room was always silent. We had breakfast in the Deauville Club on the last day, and I wish I had known about it sooner. I will be setting all my meetings there next year. This is the best kept secret in Toronto and I can't wait to go back.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Delta Downtown Toronto! We were treated like favoured guests, our every request was handled with professionalism and real concern for our happiness with the quality of our stay, and every staff member was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient.
The room was spotless and gorgeously appointed; even the bathroom was stunning with a fantastic view of the city. Our only sad point was that the pool closed the weekend we stayed there, for what I presume was emergency maintenance, which was disappointing.
I would stay with Delta again for sure; fantastic hotel chain!

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, easily accessible from Toronto Pearson International Airport by UP Express and the subway. And has lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly service and thanks for the free, warm cookie! The room and furniture were a bit dated, and the bedding was not as smooth as I wanted it to be, but I could bear with it for two nights. I will consider staying here again next time I go to Toronto. :)

The location is perfect, a ten-minute walk from the Union Station and just adjacent to the ferry pier to Toronto Island. The ferry just cost 8.70 CAD for round trip for 20 mins. It is a nice place to visit, especially those who enjoy nature. We booked a room facing the lake, which is highly recommended. It is a real picture taken in the early morning from the window. The room service is nice and the buffet breakfast with lots of varieties of food.
I needed to have a zoom meeting, and the internet service is stable. Though it is a paid service, it was waived as I am Bonvoy Member. Do join their membership.

Outstanding
GGuest UserWe traveled as a couple and felt that the living environment here was particularly good. It was comfortable and clean. We could also buy some food and cook a meal ourselves. There were subways, commercial streets, and old buildings nearby. The landlords were considerate and warm. It was a great pleasure to meet a friend in a foreign land and feel cordial and warm. We were also lucky to have a companion to travel around the area and work as a part-time tour guide. We were very lucky and left unforgettable and beautiful memories...
GGuest UserI'm thoroughly impressed. Not only is the service top-notch, but the location is simply fantastic. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredibly friendly staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. I highly recommend it!
GGuest UserPros: The hotel is in a good location, within a five-minute walk of the Toronto CN Tower and Rogers Centre. The room is quite large, and it is not a problem for two adults and two children to stay. You can buy some food and cook. The equipment is complete. There is a Starbucks downstairs, which is very convenient. There is a large 24-hour supermarket on the corner. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main attractions. Cons: Full self-service check-in, no cleaning. You have to wash your own towels and take out the trash yourself. Overall, it is worth staying
GGuest UserThis hotel is just perfect!!! Please book this hotel. Kind staff, okay breakfast, awesome room with decent price....the only thing I dislike was no bathtub and small toilet. Otherwise, everything is great!!!
GGuest UserI made the reservation through Expedia. I thought it was a hotel, but it wasn't. It's actually condos inside a Tridel condo building. It's kind of like an AirBnB. I picked up the key from the concierge. Communication with the Life Suite Loft team via text and email was pretty smooth and fast. This is my first time staying downtown since living in Toronto for 30+ years. Me and 2 of my friends had tickets to watch a musical at the Princess of Wales but because of the severe snow storm forecast , we decided to stay downtown. Nearby hotels like Hyatt, Marriott and Fairmont, 1 night was around $600. When we saw LSL 1 bedroom suite for $305 plus $25 for parking, we booked it instantly. Overnight parking at Marriott was $56!!!! The parking here is cheap. The building is 5 mins walk to Princess of Wales and lots of other restaurants. I would recommend this to my friends who visit from abroad for its proximity to many essential tourists destinations. The unit itself was spacious. The view was fantastic, we were on the 40th floor. Though the wait for elevator was sometimes long. The king bed in the master suite was comfy. But the double bed in the den was too soft, and no bedside table. The unit description said the can accommodate 6 people. But I think 4 will be max as there is only 1 bathroom. LSL has 2 and 3 bedrooms units . I will definitely tell my visitors to book this place
JJennifer RThe apartment was at 85 Queens Wharf. Apt 1701. The instructions were sent to us the day before we left, and were really easy to understand. Gaining entry into the building was easy as we did exactly as instructed. The apartment is modern and had washing machine and dryer. Hair dryers. Toothpaste and toothbrushes, cleaning products and tea and coffee supplies. Ironing facilities, kettle toaster and more... In fact lots more than we needed! We found the security to be really polite and helpful upon our arrival and during our stay. We had amazing views of the CN Tower and Lake Ontario. Upon arrival we noted the bath plug was not working. We contacted by WhatsApp and it was dealt with the next day. The building is close to Tim Hortons, bars, cafes and grills. The entertainment area and lake. I really cannot fault Simply Comfort Suites at all. We had a fab stay and we will definitely use again in the future.

GGuest UserI want to start by saying how happy I am that the host let us check in an hour earlier since it starts at 5pm instead of the regular 3pm. This is an Airbnb type of place that requires you to put a $450 deposit for a one night stay which I thought it was very high. The location is amazing, walking distance to the CN tower and restaurants.
It is a very cute place except for the cleanliness. The place was DIRTY. We decided to not use the shower because it was full of mold and hair (picture attached), there was hair everywhere! We saw there was a washer and dryer but the washer was full of towels that yet needed to be dry so we decided not to use. There were stains in the bed sheets so we decided to lay some of our own towels on top to sleep. We also decided to not touch the kitchen because the burner was broken and we did not want to cause a fire or something like that. Over all, it was decent for a one night stay but they need to fire the cleaner because I believe it is an easy fix to be a better place to stay.
