Ample space for kids youth and old people to play enjoy chill superb maintained and clean . Excellent stay. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. It's half an hour by road from chiplun railway station. Cooperative and friendly staff. Restaurants is open from morning 9 am to 11:00 pm and they serve yummy food. You can just relax with blissful nature around the property or have fund at their waterpark.

The location of the durga pearl is gr 8 as it is just a few steps away from guhagar beach and the durga devi temple. The room, cleanliness, tea and breakfast. Everything was satisfactory. The helping nature of the owner mr. Akshay ravindra k hare was praiseworthy. The booking process with mm t was nice and easy. Thnx mm t for this comfortable stay.

We called the property manager mr. Ganesh at @ 3 pm on 9th of september to inform that we would checking late at @ 8 pm. To our surprise, we came to know that mm t has nit informed them regarding our booking. But he immediately informed his caretaker team. Since they didn't know about our booking details, independent cottage was not kept ready and we were allotted deluxe ac room. Service of housekeeping and kitchen staff was simply great. Property is also well maintained. We had booking for 1 night with dinner and breakfast. Food was also very tasty. Mmt should improve communication system to avoid last minute confusions at the time of check in.

property is nice but seems shortstaffed due to off season, rooms had issues with mobile network as property in outskirts but all they were facing wifi network issues , so no connection with outside world… food / restaurant staff was very good and supportive… as property is quite big & covered with trees , visibilty at night is very low when trying to move within the property… they have lights on walkway but located at bottom hence very less illumination, it would be handy to carry torch light… overall nice and comfy stay as property is located at malgunda beach
