Tasting menus are always good choices, and they didn't disappoint. Each dish is revolved around different themes: Ankang fish, red bisaurus shrimp, yak, dragonfly leaves, marble salmon (awesome!), grapes, oil-backed shrimp, clams, Kobe beef, mushrooms, coconut, and finally lotus. If you want to try the new wave of Vietnamese cuisine, it is well worth a visit.
