The entire experience was absolutely superb from start to finish. The food was fantastic, we took the juice pairing and it was really a perfect match. Matteo Ferrantino is very charismatic and his team are all extremely competent and charming, which lead to a very relaxed fine-dining atmosphere. I have been to other Michelin star restaurants, which have felt a bit stuffy or where you feel like you have to whisper because they are so quiet. This was not the case at all at Bianc.The chairs were also very comfortable, which I know doesn&rsquo;t say anything about the food, but I think it is always important when you are going to be sitting for several hours. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant, if you&rsquo;re going to be in Hamburg.

Great food and location - seated outside and was great. Also the service is very nice.

A superb addition to the Madison Hotel.  The staff were very friendly and welcoming.  A good menu choice.  Dishes were well presented and very tasty.

Staff were super welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious (highly recommend the truffle fettuccine), and the terrace provided a lovely view of Vaduz.

It was our second time at the place. First one was 2 years ago, then they served so many different options. But now the quality really became worse and the range of options narrowed. However the prices are still quite expensive

招牌菜是鳝鱼汤 我不是很喜欢 所以没吃 但是这个饭店就在易北河边 所以人特别多 受欢迎的很啊 很多海鲜 新鲜无比

The signature dish is salmon soup. I don&rsquo;t like it very much, so I didn&rsquo;t eat it. But this restaurant is right by the Elbe River, so there are so many people. It&rsquo;s very popular. Many seafood is very fresh.

Firstly the food was excellent - although when I ordered a schnitzel I was expecting one and not two. Why not give people the opportunity to have a smaller portion - as with some other dishes? We ordered a bottle of Riesling and were a bit surprised when it was decanted. I thought it might be a new &ldquo;hip &lsquo;n&rsquo; trendy&rdquo; thing - except that no other diners&rsquo; white wine seemed to have been decanted. I should have asked why ours had been but felt it was more trouble than it was worth. Our waitress was charming but rather patronising; I should have known better than to ask for an Aperol Spritz by way of an aperitivo. Lovely location. Just felt we failed to measure up the the restaurant&rsquo;s expectations for their diners.
