Hotel ist in einer tollen lage, sehr schönes zimmer. Haben gut geschlafen in den betten. Einzig manko war die dame beim check out. Sie war einfach nicht gut genug ausgebildet und weiss nicht wie man mit gästen umgeht. Es ging um mein depot von 50€ welches ich in bar abgeben hatte. Den tag zuvor hatte der nette herr vom check in mir gesagt das es kein problem wäre und ich die 50€ in bar zurück bekommen werde. Die touristen tax kann ich auch mit der karte zahlen.
Die dame am check out sagte das seie nicht möglich sie habe es schon verrechnet. Ich brauchte aber genau die 50€ bar wieder zurück.
Wie kann es sein das ich wegen sowas diskutieren muss… Hab das wechselgeld das sie mir geben hat genommen und bin gegangen.

Very good breakfast, great location, and superb mattresses. Unfortunately, the bathroom is much too small for a 5-star hotel. There's little counter space on the small sink, the bathroom door rattled, and the water flow from the shower and sink jets isn't strong enough to get the shampoo out of your hair. A shame.

Ich habe 2 Zimmer über Trip.com gebucht und bezahlt. Das Hotel hat mir beim Checkout gesagt, dass nur ein Zimmer bezahlt sei. Ich war unsicher und habe das zweite Zimmer vor Ort bezahlt. Ich habe danach meine Kreditkartenabrechnung überprüft und festgestellt, dass mir trip.com beide Zimmer belastet hatte. Ich ging zurück zum Hotel. Die Abklärung hat ca. 20 Min gedauert. Dann hat man mir gesagt, dass sie mir den Betrag auf die Kreditkarte zurücküberweisen werden. Ca. 1 Std. später habe ich festgestellt, dass sie mir den Betrag nicht gutgeschrieben sonder ein weiteres mal belastet hatten. Ich habe im Hotel angerufen. Sie wollten das klären. Bis jetzt ist das Geld noch nicht zurücküberwiesen worden.
