Incredible dining experience. One of the best dinners we had on the island, a very well-designed restaurant with an excellent menu/service and feel. Absolute must visit.

Memorable from start to finish. Edu is phenomenal. A world class chef, artist, host, visionary, the list goes on and on. There is no other restaurant in the world doing to the things Edu is doing with fermentation and beverages. Top to bottom, an immensely special meal made even more memorable with an insanely special beverage program.

Wow!! Impressive with love, passion and perfection without being over the top!!! Edu and his team are just angels who have fallen from heaven to make people happy!! The quality and exclusivity of the product but more than anything the recon of the product with surprising ingredients, that is over the top!! We will definitely be back!! A very well-done menu with lots of natural and home-made products. The dishes have an incredible balance of flavours. It is a super-satisfying walk through Mallorca with a glimpse of India. Delicious natural wines. A 10/10 experience.
