A day & night view! The Manila Cathedral, officially known as the Minor Basilica and Metropolitan Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, is located in the Intramuros district of Manila, Philippines. It is one of the oldest and most important churches in the country. The cathedral has undergone several rebuilds due to natural disasters and war damage, with the current structure dating back to 1958.The Manila Cathedral holds a significant place in Philippine history and culture. It has been the venue for many important religious and state events, including papal visits and important government functions. The cathedral's architecture is a blend of various styles, including Romanesque, Neo-Romanesque, and Gothic influences, making it a notable landmark in Manila.Inside, the cathedral features beautiful stained glass windows, intricate carvings, and religious artifacts. It is a place of worship, reflection, and pilgrimage for both locals and tourists interested in exploring the country's religious heritage. The cathedral's historical and cultural importance, along with its stunning architecture, makes it a must-visit destination for anyone interested in Philippine history and architecture.

The St. Augustine Cathedral in Manila, Philippines, consists of two parts: chapel and monastery. The Baroque chapel is the architectural essence of the entire St. Augustine, while the monastery is partly a museum, with a large collection of precious items such as French clothes, the Holy Grail of gold, silver crosses, ivory statues, silk mantles embroidered with gold threads and oil paintings. The focus of this article is on the organ inside the church, which is rare to see. As a world historical and cultural heritage, St. Augustine's Cathedral has also experienced the destruction of war, and many precious collections have been lost in successive wars. After World War II, St. Augustine was rebuilt. The church and the First Abbey restored the appearance of the year, and in 1965, to commemorate 400 years of Catholic transmission in the Philippines, St. Augustine exhibited photographs of hundreds of churches built across the country between the 16th and 19th centuries, which spawned the idea of creating a museum. Since then, St. Augustine has continuously collected various precious cultural relics lost in the wars and displayed in the monastery for public viewing. Today, St. Augustine is not only a church, a monastery, but also a museum that collects many Filipino and Spanish art treasures. It is an important place to display the historical and cultural treasures of the Philippines and is worth visiting. I feel that it is not enough to spend a whole day.

Of course, there are lots of counterfeits, but most look good and may fool most casual customers. In my opinion, on this crowded island, you can find the best price between the main islands. Bakit hindi. This market is definitely a great place for tourists who want to experience the true local city and culture, with everything there is and great local street food. Some parts of the market are really crowded and dirty, but isn't that the very real side of the Philippines? I read some reviews online saying it's unsafe and pickpockets are everywhere. Very overstatement! In fact, you will encounter the same problem in any lively market in the world, you must be more careful, such as not carrying backpacks. The people here are very enthusiastic and great, they are willing to chat with you, there is no strangeness at all. I think this market is a place for everyone who comes to Manila to visit! By the way, pay attention to the fake goods here when shopping, such as watches and bags, don't be greedy for cheap!

It's like an anime world. It's smaller than I expected, but there were few people (but it wasn't dangerous) and I was able to relax.

中西南北东
Manila Wannian Temple was established in 2010. It is one of many Dojos in Foguang Mountain. Dojos adhere to the concept of Nebula Master: "The construction of monastic schools brings the growth of the Fashen and the life of all beings." The design of the Domain is mainly cultural and educational. The ten-story building combines tradition and modernity, simplicity and art. I passed by by chance, but it was too late and the door was closed. After simple communication with the doorman, I was allowed to enter. It was also a fate with Buddha.

It is beautiful and remarkably well preserved for being the oldest part of the city walls. Lots of people taking pictures and a peaceful place to go.

It seems that this is the first Chinese Buddhist temple in the Philippines and the main cultural center of the Chinese Filipino community. Free admission. There are several churches and a large meditation room. Quite classic architectural structure. At the entrance, we greet the next Buddha Maitreya in the afterlife. Behind his church, you can see the sasskanda, who is the guardian of the Shariah. One (or two) room dedicated to the sage of the world, and of course the most popular. On the second floor, three meditation Buddhas sit on a large altar. There is no doubt that Sakyamuni (historical buddha), Amitabha (Western pure land buddha) and Bhaishajyaguru (medicine buddha). In this room you can see beautiful reliefs telling the story of the historic buddha. Quiet and Zen atmosphere.
