Everyone in my family had been there except me. I bought a combined ticket for Hongcun and Tachuan, and went to Hongcun first. We had a delicious meal at a local farmhouse restaurant, which was the most satisfying part of our trip. We saw dogs, cats, cows, and geese. We saw houses and enjoyed the scenery.
