Trip.com Launches Special Support Programme to Assist Customers Affected by Disney Adventure Delay

SINGAPORE, 17 SEPTEMBER 2025 – In response to the recent postponement of some Disney Adventure cruise sailings, leading global travel service provider Trip.com has rolled out a comprehensive support programme for affected customers. Trip.com will offer complimentary rescheduling or full refunds on affected bookings, and will fully cover any cancellation losses incurred by eligible customers who have made non-refundable flight and hotel bookings.
This special programme applies to Trip.com customers whose Disney Adventure cruise departure dates fall between 15 December 2025 and 12 March 2026. For those impacted, Trip.com will provide enhanced support for round-trip flights to Singapore and Singapore hotel bookings made through the Trip.com platform, for stays within seven days before or after the affected travel dates (i.e. 8 December 2025 to 19 March 2026).
Trip.com’s award-winning customer service team will reach out to affected customers by 30 September 2025, offering two options: complimentary rescheduling depending on availability, or full refunds. Should customers experience any additional losses during the refund or rescheduling process, Trip.com commits to reimbursing the relevant costs by the end of September, ensuring minimal financial impact on travellers.
This initiative underscores Trip.com’s dedication to proactive customer service and safeguarding consumer rights in unforeseen circumstances and emergencies. Due to increased service request volumes, Trip.com would like to seek customers’ patience while the customer service team reaches out to affected users.
Trip.com is actively coordinating with Disney Cruise Line to expedite all related refund procedures, which are expected to commence this week.
