Traveling with elderly relatives and children is a breeze. The hotel is clean and tidy, with no clutter in the public areas. The rooms were a pleasant surprise – the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep for my family after our sightseeing. What touched us most was the lovely receptionist, Zhao Jiaqi! One night, I received an urgent work assignment and was frantically searching for my laptop. Without hesitation, she lent me her own personal computer, patiently explaining the usage instructions. Her attitude was gentle and patient throughout. This selfless kindness warmed our hearts while we were far from home, making our stay truly special. From the clean and comfortable facilities to the convenient location and the heartwarming service provided by Ms. Zhao Jiaqi, every aspect of the Lavande Hotel reflected meticulous attention to detail. Our four-day stay was flawless, and we've already recommended it to friends visiting Xi'an. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Xi'an!
