M51***09For elementary school students who have already learned about Lu Xun's works, from the Hundred Herb Garden to the Three Flavors Study, and preferably have also read some of Lu Xun's works, this place is quite interesting. The scenic area is divided into several attractions with different entrances and exits. Lu Xun's ancestral home and Lu Xun's former residence are two different places. The Hundred Herb Garden seems to be located within Lu Xun's former residence, so you need to pay close attention. The Hundred Herb Garden is actually just a small vegetable garden, while the Zhu Family Garden is quite large, with a very tall tree. There are covered boats outside the scenic area. There are many Q-version Lu Xun figures. The little Lu Xun school fridge magnets in the souvenir shop are super cute.

Angelina 沁A few days ago, I visited Shaoxing for the first time, and Chenyuan Garden was my first stop. The weather was fantastic, and the entire garden landscape was beautiful. It was educational for me; I was hearing the stories about the garden for the first time, and the information provided within the park was very comprehensive. The facilities were excellent, and the place was very clean.

拉文纳柳永Having plenty of time for my trip, I discovered this place was famous online. Arriving at the scenic area around noon, it wasn't crowded, allowing for a better exploration. My hotel was near Joy City, so I took a local bus directly to the scenic area. The fare was only one yuan, and the journey took about an hour, which was great as it offered a different experience from other Shaoxing attractions. I bought the tickets on Ctrip, which included a ride on a painted boat; the price was reasonable. As for the scenery, please see the pictures!

288***35Although Shaoxing's East Lake was carved by human hands, it appears as if created by nature itself, earning it the reputation of "the world's premier water and rock bonsai." Renowned for its ingenious combination of cliffs, caves, stone bridges, and the lake surface, it is a shining pearl on the ancient Grand Canal of eastern Zhejiang. The most captivating experience is undoubtedly riding in Shaoxing's unique awning boats. Sailing between cliffs formed by millennia of quarrying, entering ingenious landscapes such as Tao Gong Cave and Xian Tao Cave, one can experience the feeling of "sitting in a well and looking at the sky"—a unique charm of this water town. Although the scenic area is not large, its attractions are concentrated. It was also one of the filming locations for the 1982 TV series *Journey to the West*. A two-hour visit is sufficient to appreciate its essence. This trip to Shaoxing's East Lake was exciting for the children and relaxing for the adults. This scenic area, hailed as "the world's premier water and rock bonsai," brought surprises to our entire family.

166***27Shenyuan Garden isn't very large, consisting of a central courtyard and an east garden, with a Lu You Memorial Hall behind the courtyards. The historical materials in the Lu You Memorial Hall are worth seeing, but otherwise, there's nothing particularly special. It's not good value for money.

Anonymous userAnchang Ancient Town has moderate commercial development, but residents still live within the town, preserving some of its original lifestyle. The town is situated along a river, offering opportunities for sightseeing on a wupeng boat. Alternatively, you can walk under pavilions, offering shelter from the wind and sun. The Master's Hall, Stone Sculpture Hall, Folk Customs Hall, and City God Temple are all worth a visit. At Renchang Sauce Factory, you can experience traditional methods of brewing, and the ubiquitous preserved meats are a specialty. During the National Day holiday, the town is bustling with visitors, making it worth a stroll to explore and sample the local delicacies.

彭龙成It's best to enter Dafosi Temple from the North Gate, as you'll see the largest Buddha statue in Jiangnan right away. Then, visit Prajna Valley and finally see the Reclining Buddha, exiting from the main gate. Parking is convenient on the north side; a free shuttle bus from the main gate to the North Gate parking lot is readily available. Prices in Xinchang are reasonable, and Dafosi Temple boasts beautiful scenery, making the trip worthwhile.

ReenaRie"I took a black-sailed boat across the Tishan Bridge and suddenly saw a rubbing of "Kuaixue Shiqing Tie" on the white wall. This moon once shone on Xizhi." Jiezhu Lecture Temple was originally the residence of Wang Xizhi. It is said that the Goose Pond and the Ink Pond are the remains of his brush washing. The name of the temple comes from the allusion of Wang Xizhi's confession of Jiezhu. The existing Wang Xizhi Historical Relics Exhibition Hall displays treasures such as "Kuaixue Shiqing Tie" and "Lanting Preface". The streets and alleys such as Tishan Bridge and Duopo Lane retain the historical allusions of Wang Xizhi writing on fans to help the poor. The walls of the scenic area are decorated with calligraphy and inscriptions, realizing the artistic expression of "using walls as paper".

lingliziLeaving Lu Xun's former residence, cross the road and step onto a small stone bridge to reach the famous Sanwei Study. It's free to enter and attracts many tourists. There's also a small garden. This is where Mr. Lu Xun studied as a child, and it's mentioned in his essays. It's worth a visit.
