ZnnwhisperI highly recommend this classic in the Austrian Lake District! The filming location of "The Sound of Music", snow-capped mountains, lakes, meadows and other natural landscapes are all in one place. The century-old train on Schafberg is a feature, and it can go to the top of the mountain in summer. But if you love hiking, it is more recommended to go on the hiking route, where you can enjoy the scenery of Austria that is not inferior to Switzerland! Of course, the only drawback is that the ticket price of the small 🚂 is a bit high

Perfect for a relaxing vacation [Fun] There are several famous towns around, suitable for a short stay; the mountain train can reach Schafberg; there are bicycle paths and trails along the lake, both for cycling and hiking.
