Near the market, you can enjoy sightseeing along the Mekong river with vibrant bars and pubs"Phnom Penh.Doun Penh2 km from downtownMarketsFeatured NeighborhoodsNo.5 of Best Things to Do in Phnom PenhHighlights: This night market is located by the Tonle Sap River. It is mainly engaged in daily necessities and tourist souvenirs. There are many local people. It is a good place to spend time at night. The night market was rebuilt from a street garden. The original grass was changed to a cement tile floor, with an area of about 4,000 to 5,000 square meters, surrounded by iron pipe railings. There are two openings along the street, one goes in and the other goes out, and the entry and exit are fairly orderly. There are multiple rows of colored commercial sheds of uniform specifications, and there are a wide variety of commodities. There are clothing, shoes and hats, flowers, food, hand accessories, cosmetics, daily necessities, as well as a large number of stone carvings, bamboo and wood products, and Buddha statues with Khmer characteristics. Probably more popular with locals than foreigners. Foreign tourists come here to shop and remember to bargain hard, because the price is always raised.Show Less

It's te city's heartbeat- people exercise, dance, relax or shop."Phnom Penh.Sangkat Chakto Mukh1.2 km from downtownMonumentsNighttime sightseeingNo.4 of Best Things to Do in Phnom PenhHighlights: The Independence Monument was built to commemorate Cambodia's complete independence from French colonial rule on November 9, 1953. Located at the intersection of Norodom Avenue and Sihanoukville Avenue, in the center of Merdeka Square. The monument was designed by the famous Cambodian designer Van Moniwang. It was completed in March 1958. It is 37 meters high and has 7 floors. There are 100 seven-headed snake gods (the cultural symbol of Cambodia) on the monument. Bud-shaped, beautiful and spectacular. Every year on National Day, the King of Cambodia or the representative of the King will hold a grand celebration here, which is very memorable.Show Less
- 3.54.4/524 reviews58 review"Obviously, this is the tallest building in Phnom Penh (the capital of Cambodia). I'm sure there are many unreal legends about it, but there's no doubt that it's really tall! The building is unique and exotic in shape and looks a bit like a penguin. It has black reflective glass. I believe there should be a restaurant open to the public. If the high-end shopping mall is what you want to see, it is worth a visit - certainly in Cambodia, they are rare. The building itself is nothing special, located near the Canadian Tower and Phnom Penh Railway Station. In a few places in the country you will see a lot of expensive vehicles."Phnom Penh.Doun Penh1.6 km from downtownObservation DecksNighttime sightseeingHighlights: Soraskybar is on the 37th floor of the landmark vattanaccapitaltower, where you can overlook the entire night view of Phnom Penh, and instantly feel that Phnom Penh is also very beautiful, and I like it very much. Of course, it is also a good place to watch the sunset.Show Less
