Visiting Kylemore Abbey was a wonderful experience. The renovated abbey and its visitor centre are imposing and interesting at the same time. Beautifully done and very interesting. The small Gothic church is as intricate as a mini cathedral and the gardens are magnificent and everywhere you look. With gifts and a coffee shop, (and a restaurant that goes back in time) we happily spent the best part of the day and loved every minute of it.
