The scenery at Equan is truly beautiful, so picturesque and ethereal. There are also young ladies performing on the boats in the scenic area. A bamboo raft ride costs only 10 yuan per person, which is a really good price. They even provide unique hats on the rafts for taking photos and for sun protection, which is very thoughtful.

The scenery of Tongling Grand Canyon is beautiful, with lots of green plants and a large waterfall with a significant drop. The entire walk is not too tiring, as it consists mostly of downhill steps.

Gulongshan Grand Canyon is all about rafting. There's the classic rafting with a guide, and the free-style rafting where you paddle yourself, which is more strenuous. It's not very thrilling; with a raincoat and shoe covers, you'll barely get wet. There's a mountain path to and from the rafting area; the way there are stone steps, and the way back is a wooden boardwalk. Those with mobility issues should be cautious.

I've always known Guangxi's landscapes were beautiful, but I never imagined it could be this stunning. I took my kids on a road trip to Guangxi over the weekend, and along the way, I was amazed at how delicious the food was. West of Guangxi, Baise and Jingxi. After leaving Chongzuo, we headed to Jingxi. The attractions we visited this time were all off-the-beaten-path and free. Highly recommended.
