印象西南[August Xizhou Ancient Town: In the rice fields and Bai customs, meet the romance of summer] August Xizhou Ancient Town is a treasure land filled with greenery and fireworks! Less than half an hour's drive from the ancient city of Dali, just got off the bus and was surprised by the endless rice fields at the entrance of the village. The green rice waves undulating with the wind, and some egrets passed by. The blue sky and white clouds lined the white tiles and white walls of the Bai people's houses. No wonder everyone runs here with their cameras. Time in the ancient town is very slow. The stone road is winding and twisting, and there are intact Bai old houses on both sides. The darts and the carved doors and windows are all exquisite. Walking in is like breaking into the time museum. The key point is to praise the Yanjia Courtyard, not only to see the exquisiteness of Bai architecture, but also to understand the history of Xizhou business gangs. The pomegranate trees in the yard are full of fruits, especially the atmosphere of life. In August, just in time for the local fruit peak season! The roadside stalls are full of yellow figs, sweet grapes, and freshly picked blueberries, affordable and fresh. Of course, Xizhou is indispensable. It is recommended to bake sweet mouths (rose filling) and salted mouths (pork end), the outer skin is crispy and the inner is soft, with a cup of milk fan Shaqima, and the carbide is happy to be directly full. I found a small shop by the river and sat down to eat, watched the flowing water, listened to the locals chatting in dialect. It's so pleasant. In the afternoon, you can rent a bicycle to ride along the rice fields, blow the wind through the fields, pass the villagers' vegetable fields and ponds, and feel the most simple pastoral scenery. In the evening, the light on the edge of the rice field became soft, taking pictures with filters, and many newcomers took wedding photos here, which was very romantic. The only thing to note is that it is a bit sun-dried in the afternoon of August, remember to do a good job of sun protection; there are a little more tourists on the main street of the ancient town, but you can find a cleanliness when you turn into the alley, suitable for slowly shaking. Overall, Xizhou does not have the hustle and bustle of Dali Ancient City, but has more idyllic and humanistic heritage. Come here in August, like putting the beauty of the whole summer in your hands, recommend it to friends who want to slow down and feel Dali ~

M28***81The scenery around Erhai Lake in Dali is absolutely stunning. Choosing a sightseeing bus tour is the most economical option. I booked a one-day tour on Ctrip. Since time was limited, I recommend selecting a few attractions, such as the S-bend and Luoquan Island.

东仔的旅行札记Recently in Jianchuan, after leaving Dali, I noticed that there were far fewer people everywhere. I rented a bike and cycled around Jianhu Lake alone, hardly encountering anyone on the road. It felt wonderful! I enjoyed the process of exploring alone. - Electric Bike Cycling Route: The entire route is approximately 30 kilometers, allowing at least half a day; County Town → ① Jianhu Wetland Park → ② Haimenkou Ruins → ③ Black Pottery Training Center and Wood Carving Museum in Diannan Town → ④ Wood Carving Town → ⑤ Guandeng Village Lakeside → ⑥ Longxiang Pavilion → ⑦ County Town

环游记响Attraction Review: Rustic and uncommercialized, the red sand road and ancient stage exude a serene beauty. Highlights: Visit the Pioneer Bookstore, sample fresh mushrooms at the market, and experience Bai ethnic culture. Tips: Bring cash; a light jacket won't be enough for a trip to Shaxi Ancient Town in November. Temperatures here are currently between 3 and 21℃, with a significant difference between day and night temperatures. If you want to see the morning mist at Yujin Bridge, the temperature may be even lower, so a thick coat or light down jacket is recommended for warmth. A day and one night is ideal for a leisurely experience.

不一样的风采778Stepping into Dali Ancient City is like stepping into the Nanzhao Kingdom a thousand years ago. The ancient city walls, weathered and worn, their bricks and stones, eroded by wind and rain, still steadfastly guard the city, witnessing countless rises and falls. Touching these bricks, you can almost feel the hard work of the craftsmen and hear the rolling wheels of history. At the city gates, people come and go, bustling with activity, yet this noise cannot obscure the inherent tranquility and depth of the ancient city; instead, it adds a touch of life, making one yearn to explore further.

M28***81I bought tickets on Ctrip for a self-guided tour. I took the Gantong Cableway up, then walked 10 kilometers along the Jade Belt Cloud Trail, transferring at the Ximatan Cableway, and finally taking the Zhonghe Cableway down. It was very comfortable; my legs weren't sore the next day, although it was a bit adventurous.

爱浮屠Chongsheng Three Pagodas, the only 5A scenic spot in Dali, is well worth a visit. There are free guided tours, and the electric shuttle bus service is not tiring. The cultural and creative products in the shop at the entrance are also very beautiful, and you can also get a stamp.

M83***34Shuanglang, located on the eastern shore of Erhai Lake, is a major scenic area within the Cangshan-Erhai Scenic Area. Surrounded by mountains on three sides and facing the lake on the other, it is known as the "Number One Town for Cangshan-Erhai Scenery." Yuji Island and Nanzhao Folk Island are nestled within its picturesque setting. Shuanglang was once an important naval base for the Nanzhao Kingdom and preserves historical sites such as the Yuji Temple and Kuixing Pavilion, as well as typical Bai ethnic minority dwellings. Strolling along the ancient streets, one can enjoy the stunning lake and mountain scenery and experience the rich Bai ethnic culture.

Anonymous userDuring the May Day holiday, I learned about the Dali West Lake Scenic Area from Ctrip. The scenic area has pleasant scenery, first-class environment, complete functions, and service needs to be improved. An extra surprise was that the next day I hiked along the Miju River from the entrance of the scenic area, with towering ancient trees, which was great.

M24***69Who knows, family members! When traveling to Dali, Longkan Ancient Ferry really fascinated me! Not only can you see the beautiful Erhai Lake here, but also the romantic love stone steps and the unique Bai ethnic group screen wall. The sunrise in the morning sprinkled on the lake, the waves were sparkling, and coupled with the redwood trees by the lake, every shot was a blockbuster. There are also many snacks and coffee shops around, where you can sit down and rest when you are tired. I stayed here for a whole day and didn't want to leave at all. I really love Longkan Ancient Ferry!
