"The Gold Museum of the famous attractions of Bogota, Colombia. It houses about 30,000 fine gold artifacts made by Indians from the 20th century BC to the 16th century AD, displayed by different periods and regions. The gold museum exhibits are only a small part of the Indian artifacts that have been unearthed, and many of the precious artworks have been almost stolen by colonists in Spain and other countries in centuries. But from these preserved gold instruments, people can also see the wisdom and artistic level of the Colombian people. Tickets are 4,000 pesos/person, equivalent to less than 6 yuan, free to visit on Sunday."

"The Plaza Bolívar is located in the heart of the old city of Bogotá, the capital, and is also the center of power in Colombia, surrounded by cathedrals, Congress, the presidential palace and the town hall. The nearby Botero Art Museum, where a group of cute "fat people" waits for you to find all kinds of people in Bolivarian Square, children chasing pigeons in the square, vendors selling corn and sausage, and a steaming life scene. I also met three waves of locals to take pictures with me. Maybe they rarely see... Asians! This is the day I saw the most people in Colombia, and I took birds in the forest at other times... Haha! Welcome to Colombia for a trip ✈️"

"The largest church in Bogotá, Colombia's capital, San Francisco Church, the whole church has a distinct Spanish style, and the bell towers on both sides will remember the loud bells at 10 o'clock. It looks very sacred and melodious, and it is definitely the most worthwhile place to visit in Bogotá, Colombia."

Highlights: The Church of San Francisco was built around 1450 and is regarded as a masterpiece of Baroque architecture. It consists of a cathedral, several chapels and numerous cloisters. The church houses masterpieces of paintings and sculptures of Indians and Spaniards. The façade of the church is dominated by three-hole triumphal arches, with 4 slender scroll columns supporting the heavy eaves. The upper part of the church is a dome, and its altar decoration is extraordinary. Visitors who come here will be amazed by the diminutiveness of the church. In fact, this church built in the early 17th century is quite grand.

"We decided to check out the museum when we walked by and it didn’t let us down. Entry is only 4000 pesos, or 1.50 usd. It’s not too big, which was great for me because I tend to get bored in museums after a while. There is some cool art and exhibits. Give yourself an hour or two to check it out. We showed up when an opera show was going on so we got to watch for a little bit which was exciting."
