The Bern Clock Tower is one of the most famous landmarks in Bern's Old Town, Switzerland, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Built in the 13th century, its dial displays not only the time but also the day of the week, month, constellations, and moon phases. It's incredibly detailed. At every hour, the tower's miniature figurines—a rooster, a bear, a knight, and more—start to ring and rotate.

When Bern was built in the 13th century, it was used as an entrance and exit connecting Bern to the outside world and was the gateway to Bern. The little man in the tower will rotate and come out of the gorgeous clock tower to tell the time 4 minutes before every hour, attracting tourists to stop by. The charming shape, numbers, clock face and astronomical clock are architectural masterpieces that were not officially completed until 1530, and the exquisite mechanical craftsmanship in the 13th century inside is amazing.
