The sculpture not only creates visual effects during the day due to its luster and reflection of the seascape, but also becomes particularly striking at night with the help of lighting. Its location near the Thermaic Gulf, facing the sea and the horizon, creates a sense of openness and spatial tension. Arch of Galerius, locally known as Kamara, is a remarkable Roman monument in Thessaloniki, Greece. Built in the early 4th century AD, it was constructed to celebrate Emperor Galerius’ victory over the Persians.
