The Brooklyn Bridge is a well-known bridge connecting Manhattan and Brooklyn, with pedestrian and cycling lanes on the bridge. Walking on the bridge, boats pass under the bridge, and Manhattan is full of high-rise buildings. Beneath the Brooklyn Bridge is a beautiful park. The merry-go-round at the bottom of the bridge may help you regain your childlike innocence. The nearby DUMBO Art District can bring you the inspiration and creativity of American artists. In Manhattan, you can head to Chinatown or Little Italy for delicious food, or walk down the street near busy Wall Street and touch the copper bull that brings fortune. The bridge is also a frequent scene in American movies and TV series, such as "Broken Sisters", "Gossip Girl", "Gangs of New York" and other dramas.New York · 15.2 km from Newark

Wall St

4.5/5
807 reviews
Wall St is the core street of the Financial District in Lower New York, extending east from the intersection with Broadway to the East River. The street is not wide, flanked by towering buildings that leave only a sliver of sky visible when looking up, giving it the feel of a skyscraper canyon. The street's name comes from the wall built by the Dutch in the 17th century. Today, this small street has become almost synonymous with the United States financial industry. After some financial institutions moved to Midtown, many old bank buildings were converted into apartments, but the area still retains the unique atmosphere of a financial district. A good way to start your tour is from the Broadway end: in the cemetery of the Gothic-spired Trinity Church at the intersection lies Hamilton, the figure on the 10-dollar bill; the building at No. 1 on the other side of the intersection was originally the headquarters of the Bank of New York and has now been converted entirely into residences; walking east to No. 11, you will find the New York Stock Exchange, where most people take photos in front of the colonnade and sculpted pediment; a bronze statue of Washington stands on the steps of the Federal Hall National Memorial at No. 26; the old stone building at No. 23, which is only a few stories high, was once the headquarters of J.P. Morgan & Co. and stands in stark contrast to the surrounding high-rises; and the Art Deco building at No. 40 once belonged to the Bank of Manhattan. A few minutes' walk south along Broadway brings you to Bowling Green Park, where taking a photo with the Charging Bull is the final stop for many visiting the Financial District.New York · 14.2 km from Newark

The copper bull was originally in front of the New York Stock Exchange on Wall Street and has now been moved to nearby Bowling Green Park. It is known as a symbol of "strength and courage", implying that the stock market will always maintain a "bull" market. Every day, countless tourists are vying to take photos with the copper bull, and the bull is also touched and shiny in order to pray for good luck.New York · 13.8 km from Newark

The prosperity of the ground zero in the past is now only an open space. The base of the original building was ground zero. The two huge square sunken pools were called "Reflection Pools". 5th Avenue

487 reviews
5th Avenue is a major north-south thoroughfare in Manhattan, starting from Washington Square Park in the south and extending north to Harlem, and is often considered the dividing line between the East and West sides of Manhattan. The entire street connects the laid-back atmosphere of Greenwich Village, the high-rise commercial buildings of Midtown, and the museum clusters of the Upper East Side. Strolling along it is like flipping through a condensed portrait of New York City. For most tourists, the highlights are concentrated in the Midtown section: the Empire State Building, the New York Public Library - Stephen A. Schwarzman Building, Rockefeller Center, and the Gothic-style St. Patrick's Cathedral are lined up along the street; the 49th–60th Street area gathers long-established department stores and brand flagship stores such as Tiffany & Co. and Bergdorf Goodman, and the window displays and the buildings along the street themselves are worth taking your time to admire. Continuing north, the stretch along the east side of Central Park from 82nd–105th Street is known as "Museum Mile," where The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, and others are arranged along the way. This street is also the classic route for the traditional St. Patrick's Day parade in New York, and the holiday window displays are a street tradition that has continued for many years.New York · 17.9 km from Newark

Hudson Yards is definitely a popular attraction in New York, but its iconic building is about to be demolished, reportedly for safety reasons. Even without the iconic building, it is still very beautiful.

After finishing a long and stressful project, I booked this hotel specifically to treat myself to two days off. Staying here not only allowed my exhausted body to fully rest, but also revitalized my spirit, which had been drained by the project. The hotel's spa experience completely exceeded my expectations, the room's audio-visual equipment was professional enough, and they even thoughtfully provided DVDs of my favorite genre. After a bath, I curled up on the sofa and watched an old movie, forgetting all about work; I felt completely healed, inside and out. The hotel doesn't rely on overpriced hype to create a high-end feel; every experience is solid and thoughtful, making it a top choice for a relaxing stay. Its exceptional quality and extraordinary elegance, designed specifically for healing, are hidden in every detail.

The bronze bull is located on the south side of Wall Street, symbolizing the expectation for a bull market, and of course, mainly for the development of the real economy. The bull has no base or fence, and many people take photos here, and everyone can touch the bull.

If we talk about downtown New York, in addition to the famous Wall Street and the bronze bull, Ground Zero is also a must-visit tourist attraction in New York. However, unlike other bustling places in New York, Ground Zero has a bit more historical significance. There is a huge square sunken pool with plaques around it engraved with the names of the victims. You can also see a lot of flowers placed next to the names as a memorial. There is also a bronze relief next to the World Trade Center site. If you have enough time, you might as well follow the navigation all the way. This is a 20-meter-long bronze relief built to commemorate the firefighters who bravely put out the fire in the 9/11 incident. Next to it are photos of the 343 firefighters who unfortunately died in the disaster, with the words "May we never forget", which makes people sigh at the preciousness and beauty of peacetime. Standing at Ground Zero, surrounded by towering skyscrapers, the contrast is very strong.

It used to be an abandoned elevated railway in the west side of Lower Manhattan. When it faced the crisis of demolition in the 1980s, local residents could not bear to demolish it, so they used private forces to transform it into a 2.33-kilometer greenway and strip park on an elevated bridge. On this green skywalk of the elevated park, you can take a walk, rest, and overlook the pulse of Manhattan. In addition, it is close to Chelsea Market, so it has become a must-visit attraction in New York~

The largest shopping mall in North America, the business model is similar to Wanda in China, but the scale is much larger, the types of products are more diverse, and there is even an indoor ski resort. The prices are not high compared to the income in the United States. Clothes are more than ten dollars and are all famous brands.
