Adelaide Central Market has been open since 1869, with a history spanning over 150 years. It is one of the largest indoor fresh produce markets in the Southern Hemisphere, with over 70 stalls under one roof. Located in the heart of Adelaide, the market features vibrant aisles connecting the stalls. Fresh fish and meat, fruits and vegetables, international cheeses, artisanal bread, desserts, cured meats, nuts, spices, and freshly ground coffee are lined up along the way. Rather than just a place to buy ingredients, it is more of a gourmet maze where you can eat while you browse. The market developed from early morning street trading by immigrant farmers. Since then, immigrants from all over the world have brought in ingredients and culinary skills from their hometowns. European hams and sausages, Asian spices, and local South Australian fruits and vegetables are all showcased together, making it a microcosm of South Australia's diverse food culture. The market's main facade, built in 1900, is still in use today. Most stall owners here are happy to offer samples and chat about their ingredients. Chinatown is right next to the market, so if you get tired of walking, you can easily find a small restaurant to sit down and enjoy a big meal.Adelaide · 65.2 km from Murray Bridge

Walking into the park, the roads are filled with colorful plants of different shapes and sizes, which makes it feel like summer. There is a rose garden not far from the entrance, where roses of various colors compete for beauty. Going deep into the park, you will see a large-scale glass greenhouse "Tropical Rainforest Observation Park" in the southern hemisphere, which is the 200th anniversary of the founding of Australia. There are many kinds of things you can buy in the market. I think it’s amazing. The fruits and vegetables in Australia are very big, and there are also many desserts. I bought donuts, which are very delicious.

Hanndorf German Village in Adelaide, Australia: After visiting the zoo, it was already 12 o'clock, so we had to solve the lunch problem. Of course, we had to go to the famous Hanndorf German Village. It was only more than half an hour's drive from the Canyon Zoo, and we could drive there in a short while. Today was the weekend, so there were a lot of cars, but we could park for free on both sides of the road for 3 hours, which was enough for us to walk around and have lunch. The maple leaves in the German Village turned red, which added a lot of color to this small village. The entire German Village has a German architectural style, because it was originally dominated by German immigrants. Over the long term, it has become a famous attraction in Adelaide, and it is open to the public for free. Every weekend, there are still many tourists. Everyone who comes here to play can take a slow walk along the street and enjoy the leisure time.

Adelaide Botanic Garden is a serene escape in the heart of the city, where beautifully curated landscapes meet peaceful walking paths. Lush lawns, vibrant flower beds, and towering palms create a refreshing atmosphere perfect for slow strolls or quiet reflection. The Bicentennial Conservatory is a standout, showcasing exotic rainforest plants in a stunning glass structure. Shaded benches and open spaces make it ideal for picnics, reading, or simply unwinding. Well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, the garden blends education with relaxation. Whether you’re a plant lover or just seeking calm, Adelaide Botanic Garden offers a gentle, rejuvenating experience for visitors year-round.

Next to the German Village is the Berenberg Strawberry Farm, which is a very large, purely open-air strawberry garden. Visitors can buy tickets at the store at the entrance (4 dollars per person) to enter and pick the strawberries. They can taste the fruits while picking, and the more they eat, the sweeter they become. After picking, the fruits are charged by weight, and the price is similar to that of picking in the garden in China.
