Yunshuiyao Ancient Town was originally named Changjiao, but gained fame after the film "The Knot" was filmed here. Longnan Wudang Mountain, with an altitude of over 500 meters, has a sightseeing ladder that leads directly up the mountain, making it friendly for the elderly and those who prefer a leisurely pace. If you want to experience the climb, it takes about 3 hours round trip, which is manageable.
You'll pass by Tuntian Cave (Figure 7), a natural stone gate, and walk along the cliffside glass walkway – perfect for taking photos.

We entered from the South Gate. Although there were many people, it wasn't chaotic at all. The signs were very clear, and the staff were very responsible. It was a very enjoyable trip for the kids; Guangzhou is beautiful and delicious. It was our first time seeing a rhinoceros and our first time riding a cable car—a great experience!

Canton Tower was a standout solo experience in Guangzhou. As a traveler from Bangladesh, I booked my ticket directly through Alipay—smooth, secure, and completely paperless. Entry was well organized, and the entire area was clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. The environment felt lively yet relaxed, ideal for exploring alone. The Bird’s Eye city view from the observation deck is breathtaking—the Pearl River, skyline, and sheer urban scale are unforgettable. Expert tip: allow at least 2.5–3 hours. My only regret was tight timing; the tower has multiple layers—decks, bubble tram, shops—so rushing misses the full vibe. Sunset is magical, so don’t hurry the descent. A highly recommended 5/5 for solo travelers; Alipay booking made the whole visit effortless and well managed. For first-time international visitors, the digital ticket flow removes language and payment stress, letting you focus on the skyline and enjoy a safe, well-managed solo visit from start to finish.

I visited 20 years ago, and it's still so much fun now. The park is well-maintained, all the miniature landscapes are beautiful, and there aren't too many tourists. They've also added many NPCs to interact with visitors, handing out cards that you can collect to exchange for prizes. There are also some free rides, a haunted house, a 4D movie—it has everything you could want. You could easily spend a whole day there and still not have enough.

The Longjibei (Dragon's Backbone) is a must-visit; hiking along the ridge offers expansive views, and the Giant Lizard Lake is stunning—every snapshot is a masterpiece, no filters needed. The scenic trails are well-maintained, clearly marked, and have rest areas along the way. You can enjoy the thrill of hiking in the mountains while admiring the magnificent scenery—a thrilling yet therapeutic experience. The staff is attentive, and the facilities are comprehensive. It's perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and photography lovers; a must-do when visiting Chenzhou—highly recommended!

The Pearl River Cruise was pretty good. Easy to buy tickets off Trip; buy the tickets, get a QR code within seconds, scan QR code at pier - easy entry. Ship was pretty good. Booked 3rd level seats for the unobstructed views and was pretty surprised that I was booking a table on the 3rd level. That was great as we could sit down if we wanted to. The weather was perfect. No rain, clear skies, a bit of a breeze. It is a great family activity and I would highly recommend it to everyone.
