Fabulous day made all the more magical because of a substantial snow fall overnight. Robert our driver was safe and skilled and got our coach places I wouldn't have attempted with a car! Pick ups were on time and convenient, Szczepan our guide was knowledgable, spoke excellent English and had a great sense of humour- he really made the day! Zakopane is busy, the little cabin market on the way to the town centre are actually really good value for wood and socks!! There are lots of places to eat at the top of the funicular and it's probably a fab view on a clear day but it was still snowing so we couldn't T really see a lot! The thermal baths are also busy this time of year but there are quieter adult only areas and two areas with swim up bars. Remember to take flip flops and a towel although you can buy them when you get there, A full day but we had the best of times!

The day was amazing, the place was beautiful, Matthew our guide was brilliant from start to finish, gave us recommendations for restaurants (even though I didn’t see till after 🙈) was friendly and informative, Zakopane was beautiful, he took us into Slovenia (just). thermal baths were lovely, really made the experience as it was snowing and -10 we had to Jump into 3 pools to warm up to get to the adults pool bar 🤣 but you can access the tier one straight from inside. Lovely guide really made the tour would definitely recommend

Me and my boyfriend went here for his birthday and we had the most amazing day! Antoni was such a friendly guide, he had so many good stories about Poland’s history and was happy to answer any questions the group had. The thermal baths was such a good experience and we could have easily have spent a whole day here, our guide even managed to get my boyfriend in for 1 złoty because it was his birthday which was really kind of him to do. We honestly would recommend this experience to anyone and you’ll be in good hands if you get Antoni as your guide:)

Fantastic day starting with pick up on time followed by a very pleasant drive to the mountains with fantastic views. The quad bikes was an exhilarating fun filled hour. The food and bonfire were excellent. We then travelled to the thermal springs. on arrival at the thermal Springs we had 2 1/2 hours there not the three that was advertised. The springs and the pools were excellent. A very pleasant afternoon. we travelled home at 2:45 which meant as we had only arrived at the springs at 12:15 we only had 2 1/2 hours there not three as advertised.

A lovely relaxing evening at the baths. Was just enough time, the transport was clean and comfortable and the guide was friendly and helpful.
